it was ok nothing spectacular seats were good expected more there was no sizzel it was very short and at times the songs became boring although dint fall asleep because the seats were so tight together
What a terrible show. Sound was poor. At times vocals could barely be heard over music. At other times all you could hear was Venessa's ear piercing voice. Best part of show was it's show duration. Barely an hour and only 1 short song for an encore. Thank god.
Vanessa Williams is a consumate performer and a real class act! She sang, she danced, she shared precious moments in her career and then thanked the audience for staying with her throughout her entertainment career in a very genuine and heartfelt way. Her repetoire of songs mixed old and new together and she paid special mention to being on the Indian reservation at Rama when she sang the beautiful and moving song, Pocahontas. Vanessa's voice continues to sound as pure and strong as ever and her back up band and singers were excellent and did not fail her throughout her performance. Her new CD 'The Real Thing' has some great tunes on it as evidenced during the show and I highly recommend it! If you're lucky enough to catch Vanessa in concert, you will not be disappointed!
Actually, I went since my wife is the fan, but I must say, I was very impressed by her. Very competent singer, works the crowd, and a very professional band. Much better than I expected -- would see her again.
Amazing Talent, sound quality & band was phenominal...Vanessa is worth every penny...she warms a room with incredible energy & her voice was "right on the money!" Very beautiful and I would see her every chance I had.
