This was the second best thing I did this summer (First was going to Africa, sorry). But getting a few of the girls together and coming to this event was definitely an awesome decision. Didn't know a lot of the bands or performers going into the event, but honestly they all killed it and the music fit perfectly for the event whether you were walking around, or watching wake boarding. There were some cool tents/booths to look at and the choice in beer was grrrreat! We will definitely be coming back next year with more people! Thanks for an awesome time!

by JeannieM on 2013-08-14Millennium Park - CollingwoodFantastic weekend. Wakeboarding was great to watch, Venue was decent with assorted exhibitors and the concerts were a blast!!! The Reason, Sheepdogs, Silver Sun Pick-ups were great but Less Than Jake brought down the house!!! Would go again if they were playing and will watch for them at other such productions.

by Sgregory on 2011-08-08Great Northern Exhibition Fairgrounds - Clearview TownshipI have to say I was rather disappointed with the "legendary" wakestock after bash I don't know what most of the other reviews will say but I'm being rather honest. Firstly... hosted by Dean Blundell? maybe he was there for the first 30minutes but for the rest of the night he was no where to be found and a sub par host was put in his place. Secondly the venue was rather dull and there were only two choices of drink coors light and pompay this odd blue vodka drink not a terrible thing but what kind of selection is that? I've seen ads for this party many times and I thought it was going to be much better. On the plus side the music was great... DJ was excellent and The guitarist Sy silver is definitely worth seeing again, but if you are thinking this is a good idea to add to your wakestock experience think again.. get a ticket for something worth going to even the D Blundell show boys were at the blue mountain village so I suggest getting tickets for that. I love the edge but they would really have to step there game up to recover from that sad party.

by Sabzz13 on 2010-08-10Millennium Park - CollingwoodWakestock is always a great time! The line up this year was intense - especially on Saturday! USS and Alexisonfire killed it - as usual. Although I was a little disappointed in the fact that the USS set was cut kinda short due to Maestro Fresh Wes collaborating with Human Kabob. And it's always great having a classic band/group , such as Public Enemy, coming to such an event. There's a lot of energy, lots of free stuff, music, merchandise and shopping, as well as Wakeboarding. Awesome!

by Dano8 on 2010-08-09Millennium Park - CollingwoodFor me the fun did not start until the bands began to play at around 2:30. It was hard to actually see the people wakeboarding from the rail or bleechers. I also am not 19 so that would have made it more fun chillin in the beer garden

by Shinbone on 2010-08-09Millennium Park - CollingwoodThe wakeboarding was amazing, which is what I went to see...as well as Public Enemy. Over all I really enjoyed the event, the only thing was my brother who competed had to pay an additional $30 to have axcess for the rest of the weekend. He already pays $125.00 to compete...in past years this didn't happen. Alittle discouraging is all we didn't think it was fair that he had to pay more.... Seeing the Pros was a huge highlight...esspecially when they are huckin' their tricks right there in front of you! Awsome!
