Woodbine Concert Hall is fully accessible. All accessible seating is available online or through your local Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone or Ticket Centre. Patrons with accessible needs may also go directly to OLG Slots at Woodbine Racetrack to purchase their tickets. This facility is accessible to our customers with disabilities. Wheelchairs are available upon request.

No Smoking is allowed in the Centre. Cameras & Video equipment are permitted for events (unless stated by the artist). Bags and Back Packs are NOT permitted. Alcohol is available for purchase at the venue. No outside food or beverages permitted. Snacks are available at concession stands at Woodbine Concert Hall WOODBINE CONCERT HALL ALCOHOL POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE ON AN EVENT BY EVENT BASIS
