ISU World Figure Skating Championships Tickets

Going to the Worlds was my long-time dream, and this event exceeded all my expectations. Bell Center really is a great venue. I had tickets in the first row of the balcony, and while I had been worried that it might be too far from the ice, in reality, these seats turned out to be amazing. The view of the rink was perfect. The staff at the venue was very polite, helpful, and efficient. The competitions themselves (from my perspective as an audience member) were organized very well and ran smoothly. The only thing I'd like to see improved is the long lines leading to the merch stands, food kiosks, and washrooms. There were only 2 merch kiosks, both of which were on the ground floor, and while the staff operated as quickly as possible, the lines still were quite long, which is not surprising considering the scale of the event. As for the food kiosks, only one was open on the balcony level, if I remember correctly. There were some kiosks that stayed closed throughout the whole event. Surely opening an additional merch stand and another food kiosk would benefit everyone by reducing the waiting times and allowing more people to be served. As for the washrooms, there were only a couple of women's washrooms on the balcony level, and the lines were huge. Maybe introducing gender-neutral washrooms would help rectify this issue. I don't mind waiting, but with the events being stacked so close to each other, getting in a long line could mean missing a part of the competitions, and that's definitely not something any competition-goer would want.

I spent a wonerful time. People were so friendly and helpful. The organization was excellent. The mood in the hall was phantastic. I had a lot of interesting contacts and will nver forget having made the journey.

An amazing event, well organized, seeing so many international skaters. Great performances and great skating venue, Bell Centre. Only complaint is the lack of variety of food to eat at the concessions.

The event was fabulous, on time, well run, very enjoyable!! Sadly there was a stand in front of our seats that partially obstructed our view. This was not clear when booking and was disappointing. It would be nice if the booking platform could warn about possibly obstructed views.

Haven’t been to Montreal in 40 years and was thrilled to see the Ice Championship. We were coming from Vt, and so with the snowfall the day before , we left a lot of room for getting there and any unforeseen problems. Thank God we did. We drove around the block 5 times before we could figure out WHERE the parking garage was. At events in Boston there is SIGNAGE and Event people everywhere before big events. Plus “GARAGE DOORS” covering entrances. It was impossible to tell whose parking was whose with all the apartments in the area. Finally, as we were figuring it out ….. an events person showed up on the street and directed us to the correct closed garage door. This took a good 30 mins to figure out. I was glad we had built the extra time in our schedule. It makes sense , I guess, to close your parking lots off with the cold weather you have, but that REALLY needs to be explained in detail to people who aren’t familiar with parking garages like that at a MAJOR arena. Lesson learned for me. I’ll NEVER forget it. Otherwise, it was a beautiful place, helpful people on the inside, and just a wonderful time . Looking forward to Boston next year. Merci Beaucoup

What an amazing experience we had attending these championships. The skating was top notch. The volunteers and staff were exceptional. The only criticism would be the lack of places to eat for the size of the event. We often could not get to eat in the time allotted and we were not allowed to bring in food. Most of the concessions were closed, which we thought that was really unfortunate. We really did not want to miss any of the performances in order to support ALL the skaters.

We were lucky to have chosen good seats in the "nosebleed"section, even though they were really expensive. The competition appeared to be well organized and the spectators showed respect for all the skaters. Enjoyed the event. As an aside, was not thrilled to have to change my password for ticketmaster, and that caused me problems in signing in several times. Was worried about not being able to show my tickets at the door.

Wao! What an exceptionnel expérience! Hope having again world figure skating in Montréal!

Nachdem wir vor 4 Jahren wegen Covid nicht nach Montreal reisen konnten, waren wir jetzt besonders gespannt auf die Wettkämpfe in Kanada. Die Stadt, die Menschen, das Publikum und natürlich die Wettkämpfe haben uns begeistert.

Everything was very good. My one issue was not seeing the skaters when they skated near judges. The wall behind the judges blocked our view in section 115. We could see on screen but we came to see skaters on the rink. We enjoyed lunch at Bazerette. We loved the fun music between resurfacing the ice. We loved the skaters. We went to practice sessions, ice dance and men’s finals.
