Great people, great atmosphere but with dancing, drinking and partying one may have to take a few trips to the bathroom and the line’s were rediclous! The charity definitely lost money in drink sales because you spent more time in the bathroom line and less time ordering drinks!
It's pretty hard to describe the excitement that 7500 Disco Ducks all dressed up in Disco Duds can generate throughout the huge room but I'll try. It's almost as if it was back in the late 70's again with all the flashing light, sequins, afro and mullet hairdon'ts and the HUGE mirror balls suspended from the ceiling and retro TV programs playing on big screens through out the building. A Not To Be Missed Experience!
This has been our 4th year going and it never disappoints..... How can you go wrong with VIP treatment with celebrity guests, dancing and just really good people overall.... Also, it's a charity event which makes it that much more significant..... Would highly recommend this event to people of all ages who like to have a great time and help a great cause (kids with cancer).
The Disco party was awesome. A great time was had by all. It was a great opportunity to have some serious fun with friends, see some celebrities from my youth and best of all help out a great cause. Fantastic event!!
From the sequins to the big hair, the World's Largest Disco took us back in time to era when Teen Beat ruled, the Gibbs were hot, hot, hot and the Brady Bunch was everyone's favourite show! Non-stop action, a packed and well-organized venue, great guest appearance from Gloria Gaynor who is still telling us how to survive and monumental TV clips from by-gone era. A great night, for a great cause. Well worth the travel time from Canada and a great opportunity to dust off your hot pants and platform shoes!
This has been our 4th year at the disco and it never disappoints! The people and the atmosphere is what makes it so special. Excellent job by the city of Buffalo hosting this charitable event! Celebrity appearances makes the disco that much more special and always delivers!! Only complaint would be all though for charity, the event has raised in price dramatically in recent years.... All in all, the event is an amazing experience and we will definitely be there next year! Andy from Toronto
The best annual event out there and for a great cause
This was my first time attending the World's Largest Disco and I was completely blown away. The music mix was great (the typical hits), the atmosphere is electric (look for pictures online), and everyone there couldn't have been nicer. I know people who have been attending for 14+ years and I now know why they keep coming back. The fact that this is also a charity event is the icing on the cake. If you're even debating buying a ticket: buy it, attend, and you won't regret it. I look forward to next year and many more to come! Congratulations to everyone involved for making this event a success!
The disco was a lot of fun. We came from Toronto for the first time. The music was great the crowd was friendly! Won't miss it next year
An amazing experience. Had a blast and so cannot wait for next year. Well worth the drive and the 2 hour wait to cross the border :-) The music was super and everyone there was great, hard to think of anything negative to say!!!!!!
