Well-organized venue, though not enough seats for tickets sold. Arrived early, good view, great athleticism on display. Ample food and beverage selection though drink prices prohibitive.
Tight game, ended 9th in a tie and went into extra inning. Everyone was on their feet and screaming as US made a couple of errors on 1st and 3rd allowing the runner to book it home for the win. OOOH the excitement!
Excellent venue which was easily accessed by public transit (GO train and the Pan Am shuttle) to the ball park. Even though Ticketmaster assigned seats on our purchase receipt, this was a General Admission event. Having experienced this situation at a previous Pan Am event, we arrived early and had our pick of seats.

My son and I had a great time watching Canada beat Cuba 3-1. Fun, intimate atmosphere. Reasonably priced food and beverages. Extremely well run venue and transit too and from go train. Extremely impressed overall!
$10.00 to park with a 1.5 km walk to bleachers. We were told the fee was to encourage public transit - if we had taken public transit, we would still be enroute. $8.00 for a beer! Very obscure music between innings - should have been fun, upbeat, classic songs.

The spirit of excitement survived among the rain drops. Helpful guides who had a towel tried to dry the benches a little so that we could have dry spot to sit. The few hardy spectators were friendly and enthusiastic . So much fun. The teams (Columbia and Dominica) played an amazing game in the worst conditions.. These games are awesome for friendliness and helpfulness, and great toilet facilities with paper towels and running water!
Game was great. Partially obstructed view as we stood for the whole game. No seats were available anywhere. At no point did anyone ask to see our tickets.
Excellent venue with a ton of very pleasant and helpful staff. Well organized, and well run. Going back to watch the women too.
We were totally impressed with the facilities, the organization and the volunteers...everything was world class. I must comment on the volunteers - they were ALL friendly, helpful, good spirited and were usually the first to engage with a friendly greeting - even when just passing by. Outstanding...well, well done!
Canada vs Cuba at the Pan Am games in Ajax was an exciting game, and the atmosphere was great. Canada won 3-1 thanks to a 3 run, 425 ft homer by Sean O'Neill.
Considering it was the PANAM Games, baseball, my friends and I were extremely disappointed in the choice of location to host the games. It was a bunch of seats thrown together on a small scaffolding which they say held 4000 however they would be lucky if there was 1000 people there. I'm not sure why they did not host the baseball at the Rogers center downtown, Great venue, perfect location with restaurants and parking everywhere. In Ajax we had to park in the local farmers field and walk all the way to the smallest ballpark I've seen.
did a good job with venue; perhaps short on seating for a Canadian team participation. However, very ineffective seating (GA really does not work)
This was a golden opportunity to watch our men's canada baseball play ball, they were playing one of the best cuban team. The food, field,volunteer, everything was excellent, would love to go back again.

AJX is a great venue for PanAm baseball, easy to get to and very well organized. The playing field was in excellent condition, worthy of a international competition. The seating was spectator friendly with a great perspective of the game. Recommend as a "take the whole family" event.
Great organization. Volunteers, very friendly and always willing to help. Wheelchair Seating was excellent. It saddens me that this event does not get the Media coverage it deserves on Canadian Television.
The atmosphere was great and the volunteers were very friendly. A bit of a hike to the event once you got there but I needed the exercise anyway..lol
very far venue. Poor organization, at the venue , poor parking only one enter site , a long line up for parking a very extense parking lot,facilities are not of olympic level , very poor stands , no very safe, very loose , feel unsafe,. Agreat game two real champions , Cuba great defensive team , great double plays , out at home plate exceptional , USA great agresive team , superb pitching ( lef handed closer pitcher trowing 98 miles per hour just suprerb a mlb pitching and great batting , Superb game bravo both teams
