Rating: 3 out of 5by Artsfanatic on 2015-07-29HAM-CIBC Hamilton Pan Am Soccer Stadium - Hamilton Rating: 1 out of 5 Good soccer match- poor fan treatment
by whatagame on 2015-07-29HAM-CIBC Hamilton Pan Am Soccer Stadium - HamiltonUsing only one main gate many, if not most, fans not in the seats until 20 plus minutes into the game. Absolutely no seat service for water, beer or other drinks or any snacks. No ushers. Concessions were understaffed, condiment tables were dirty with empty and broken dispensers. Believe it or not concessions ran out of hot dogs or they were cold. Washrooms weren't clean. Security and bannering were over the top pretentious with an inflated sense of self importance. The advertised panic about traffic and parking was way overblown. Volunteers doing there level best but the organization for fans was not at all up to scratch. A major disappointment.

Rating: 2 out of 5 Great game...TERRIBLE seating
by Mamita on 2015-07-29HAM-CIBC Hamilton Pan Am Soccer Stadium - HamiltonWe enjoyed attending the final men's football game however, although I had ordered my tickets way ahead of time (Dec 2014), our tickets were not issued until July 2016. We found out on the day of the event, that the seats which had been chosen for us were located in one of the very last rows of the Stadium!! I understand that the allotment of seats by the PanAm Games organizers was very disorganized but I wanted to register my disappointment with the purchasing process of these tickets. Never again will I buy tickets without being able to choose the seats myself.
Rating: 1 out of 5 very bad sitting location
by badexperience on 2015-07-29HAM-CIBC Hamilton Pan Am Soccer Stadium - HamiltonI bought the tickets for july 26 2015 tickets the 3rd of October of 2014, and I was seated in the extreme corner of the stadium, very disappointed.

Rating: 5 out of 5 PanAm success
by tdc1 on 2015-07-29HAM-CIBC Hamilton Pan Am Soccer Stadium - HamiltonThe recent gold medal match between Uruguay and Mexico was a spectacular event. Volunteers for the PanAm games were beyond compare and along with venue staff made for a memorable and pleasant experience.
Rating: 5 out of 5 THE GAME WAS EXCITING
by Newarthill on 2015-07-29HAM-CIBC Hamilton Pan Am Soccer Stadium - HamiltonFirstly, the stadium was very easy to get to and the accessible parking lot was so close to the stadium, it was great. The atmosphere was overwhelming. The soccer game was good, but would have been better had Canada won!!

Rating: 5 out of 5 Gold Medal TO2015 Panam Men's Soccer
by nicocanada on 2015-07-29HAM-CIBC Hamilton Pan Am Soccer Stadium - Hamiltonthe crowd was excellent, both Uruguay, Mexico, and neutral fans in general added to the atmosphere. The new stadium is nice and compact, reminded me of the smaller football stadiums in England, and it was easy to get to. Right in the city, not in some far off suburban area.
Rating: 4 out of 5 Great game but poor planning for water refill
by Slysyl on 2015-07-29HAM-CIBC Hamilton Pan Am Soccer Stadium - HamiltonThis was a wonderful chance to see Pan Am soccer at it's best. Everything was great but considering the extreme heat, and the fact that you could not bring water in, I thought there should have been way more water refill stations. The line up at the concessions for water as well as the very long line up at the refill stations left a lot of people very uncomfortable and many starting to get dehydrated. At one point there was close to 100 people lined up to refill their bottle, this is unacceptable on a dangerously hot day. A refill station on every level and one at each end would have eased this. I hope in the future someone will take this into consideration and act accordingly.
Rating: 3 out of 5 NO ICE You Must Be Kidding
by TimandLaura on 2015-07-29HAM-CIBC Hamilton Pan Am Soccer Stadium - HamiltonWe went to the Gold Metal Pan Am Mens Final Soccer, The hottest day of the year they had NO ICE so if you wanted a cold beer you needed to walk the length of the stadium to one that was set up way at the other end,, The concessions near our seats had NO ICE this is a Joke for a Major Event like this and there were No Concessions Open on the 2nd level All Closed Up, We had seats #1 and #2 BUT There was a Very Hot Metal Rail beside seat #1 and you need to have 25 people Move to let you past, We Did Not Get Up !! The Pan Am People Need to do a Better Prep Job!! "GO TICATS GO"

Rating: 4 out of 5 Great Venue - Need More Watering Stations
by Oosa on 2015-07-29HAM-CIBC Hamilton Pan Am Soccer Stadium - HamiltonThe men's final Pan Am Soccer event was fantastic, as was the venue. However, only one watering station per side of the stadium made it impossible to refill water bottles on the hottest day of the summer. The line ups were simply too long. You need to add more water stations, or allow spectators to bring their own. Our children really suffered under the extreme sun and heat with lack of available water. One other suggestion would be to make the water in the bathrooms ice cold on hot days so people can refill their water bottles there.
Rating: 5 out of 5 A GREAT Experience

Rating: 3 out of 5 Bought seats in Presales.......why?
by Kvk1 on 2015-07-29HAM-CIBC Hamilton Pan Am Soccer Stadium - HamiltonNo complaints about the game ...it was great ! Medal ceremony quick and well organized. Can't believe that for a large event like pan am games I bought tickets early thinking I would at least get tickets relatively close to the field . My seats were 200 level 12 rows back on the east side! When did I have to order to get 100 level anywhere or even 200 level on the west side where the sun was not in our eyes the whole game. There was a complete section on the west side that had no more than 10 people in about a 500-100 person section below the boxes.....whose were those ? We tried not the let this ruin our experience however next time I am definitely purchasing months ahead of time!
Rating: 5 out of 5by Kit2541 on 2015-07-29HAM-CIBC Hamilton Pan Am Soccer Stadium - Hamilton Amazing time -- excellent venue -- seats were fantastic.... and our team won!!! Who could ask for anything more??
Rating: 4 out of 5 Pan am game gold metal
by waynecartyjr on 2015-07-28HAM-CIBC Hamilton Pan Am Soccer Stadium - HamiltonGame was good, lots of scoring. Only problem was I was sold 5 seats but, there was only 4. The last seat in my row was non existent. So I had to stand the entire game. I bought seats 11 through 15 but the row ended at 14. Other then that the experience was great.
Rating: 1 out of 5 Getting there was a nightmare!!!!!!!!
by DCJC2 on 2015-07-28HAM-CIBC Hamilton Pan Am Soccer Stadium - HamiltonIt took over an hour to get into the stadium!!! We paid in advance for parking and waited in line in the hot sun for a school bus to take us to the stadium. Then we waited in a long line with thousands of fans to go through security. Only a few security checkpoints available for such a large crowd. We finally got in just before half time. The line- up was so horrible that half an hour before the game ended, people were leaving early to avoid facing more lines to return to their car. What a horrible experience. Tons of volunteers standing around watching us wait in line!! I went to the Beach Volleyball event in Toronto and it was well executed.
