Great movie. Cinderella with a twist, a bit of magic and sense of humour. Loved it would recommend it to all. A must see!
A wonderful production! had a very good time and I didn't want it to end! Bravo and well done :)
It was hard to see the faces from way up in the balcony, but the performance and sound were great. It was especially nice that the story had an unexpected twist. Great costumes. Innovative background scenery changes. The chubby stepsister rendered an especially comical and memorable act. Loved it!
The show overall was wonderful. Nice singers, good dancing arrangements. Lovely decorations. The only thing is ... there were not too many souvenirs to choose from to buy as a memory; if there were some - they were too expensive.
Entertaining and very appropriate for children. Good costumes and very fascinating costume changes for the characters of Cinderella & the Fairy Godmother
Very enjoyable evening! My daughter and I loved it!!!
Amazing costumes and props! Unbelievable details and thought put into the entire production. The stars of the show nailed it!
Really good mix of camp and traditional. Outstanding costume/set design. Excellent vocals. A very fun, completely stress free evening.
Not what I expected, but it was amazing! A twist on my favourite fairytale. Costumes where beyond outstanding and costume changes were unbelievable (don't blink)
This play was so good full of beautiful scenery and great acting, beautiful costumes and a lot of laughs!
From start to finish I was blown away. The props, costumes and acting was top notch. A fun twist on Cinderella with lots of laughs. It was a truly magical experience!
Chose this show because Cinderella is my wife's favourite Disney movie and since I've never seen it either I thought it would be a nice treat for both of us. This musical is NOT like the movie. I was advised (right before the show) that this is an updated, modern interpretation of the movie which is fine but it just wasn't my cup of tea. The songs we're uninspiring and fell flat w/ us.
Good, but not great. The costume transitions were fantastic and so were the glass slippers! But, Cinderella's dress was white and not powder blue ;( Unfortunately, it was distracting and kinda frustrating. I think more emphasis should be put on the fact that the show is an interpretation of Cinderella, as I was expecting the traditional show.
This musical rendition of Cinderella was wonderful! I loved every minute. The stage scenes and costume changes were stunning. It was a classic fairy tale with updated dialogue. I highly recommend for both young and old alike :)
My Mom and my daughter went to see this show. They said it was amazing! They came home laughing and recounting all of their favorite lines. (Spoiler Alert) They said it does not play out exactly like the traditional story but has a modern twist that is very empowering for all the young Cinderella out there. A great afternoon at the theater for granddaughter and Nana!
This is one of my favourite productions. I enjoyed every minute of it. I would have loved the opportunity to go back and see it a second time.
Loved the show especially the costumes and the lead singers were excellent.
Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this performance! From the wonderful creativity in set design to the rich and powerful voice of the fairy godmother...it was fantastic to see such talent.
Wow! What a fantastic twist on a classic tale. The songs were wonderful, the setting was well done, and the costume transitions were amazing! My wife and I could have watched that performance all day. It was so spectacular that we weren't even aware of the passing of time.
I loved this new version with a Cinderella who was still sweet and kind but also tough and proactive. The acting, singing, set, choreography and costumes were clever, creative and magical. I'm still flabbergasted at how they changed her into her ballgown while she was still on stage. The music was delightfully Rogers and Hammerstein with that nostalgic quality like Sound of Music. And there were a few new tunes added that were fun, too. The story was funny and sweet without being too menacing to scare the young audience. The stepsisters weren't as awful as other versions and were funny and lovable. The stepmother was nasty but even she came around in the end. I loved seeing all the little girls in the audience dressed up as princesses. Another memorable show. I just love musicals! They bring out the kid in me.
