Hockey: The Box Office opens 2 hours prior to game time and stays open until beginning of 2nd period. Other Events: The Box Office opens 2 hours prior to event time. Closing time will depend on the event.

Box Office Location: Located at Gate 1 Note: Pick-up tickets anytime the day of show - please arrive early. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.

Accessible Seating: The Arena is fully accessible. All accessible seating is available through your local Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone or Ticket Centre.
