How do I sign up to get a Wireless Alert?
Sign up to receive a Wireless Alert by clicking on the link "Get a text message reminder" on an Event Page or on a Performer Alert email. If there is no link on the Event Page, the event is not eligible for Wireless Alerts or tickets are (or have been) on sale for that event. Complete the Wireless Alerts sign up page by entering your 10 digit mobile number and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.

Is there a charge for Wireless Alerts?
Ticketmaster will not charge you for this service. Text messages may be charged depending on your carrier and your phone plan.

What are the Terms and Conditions for Wireless Alerts?
We may send you an opt in confirmation alert shortly. If you fail to respond to that alert, or if your carrier does not permit these alerts, you may not receive Ticketmaster Wireless Alerts.

Opt Out: To cancel your alerts at any time, send the word STOP to 57412 from your mobile phone. You may then receive a confirmation alert stating that you have been unsubscribed. For customer service or to unsubscribe, call 1-866-523-7555 or send an email to Wireless_Alerts@ticketmaster.ca.

Frequency of Messages: We anticipate that you may receive 3 to 4 alerts for this event. You may receive one alert on your mobile phone to confirm your request to opt in. Once opted in, a confirmation alert may follow. About one hour prior to this event going on sale, you may be sent your last alert.

If the on sale time for the event is delayed or postponed, you may receive an alert indicating the event status change. You may receive your last alert prior to the rescheduled on sale time. If the event is canceled, you may receive your last alert indicating the event status change.

If, for any reason, you have not received your last alert within 30 days, your subscription will be auto-renewed and you may be sent a renewal alert.

STOP Keyword: To opt out of the service, please send the word STOP to 57412. You may then receive a confirmation alert stating that you have been unsubscribed. After this message, you will not receive any Ticketmaster Wireless Alerts.

HELP Keyword: To receive help, please send the word HELP to 57412. You will then receive the name of the company, opt out and pricing information.
