Lang Lang Tickets

This was a disappointing experience. The event was promoted as LangLang plays Disney; however, it should have been called LangLang and friends. LangLang played with the orchestra, then accompanied artists then left the stage for the orchestra to perform music and again left the stage for his wife to accompany an artist. The event did not feel special. LangLang dressed in black with himself, the stage and venue looking tired. The biggest, most disappointing aspect of the evening was the unruly behaviour of the adults in attendance. Phones were used to take pictures and video recordings. This was such a distraction as we only had a few minutes of LangLang playing. The venue did not announce the rule of no recording nor was it written on the large screens prior to the show. There were only little, English language, signs on the front door of Meridian Centre. Overall, so disappointing to be excited about seeing this artist and then have phones, recordings, tired venue and tired artist.

Love the musics and performance! It was a great show, it gave my daughter lots if inspiration. However the organizer/sponsor might need to be more organized. we paid extra for the greet and meet section, and was told that we could take picture and autograph with Lang Lang. When the show ends, there's no proper sign or volunteet direct us to the meet and greet section. By the time we meet the performer, the staff told us no photo because too many people lining up. This us very disappointed.

The show was spectacular!! It was a great show. Definitely would go and watch more performances like this at Meridian hall.

I myself enjoyed the recital and appreciate Langlang’s skill but it is not friendly to kids at all… the recital runs 30min later than it’s designated time (given it’s already very late for a kid’s bedtime schedule) and there is no break in between at all. Since you are charging full price for all ages, I would expect some arrangement that is more kids friendly.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent experience at the Lang lang piano concert held at the Ophreum on September 25, 2023 Unfortunately, I encountered a significant delay in reaching the venue due to a lack of available parking spaces. Regrettably, this resulted in the denial of entry to the concert, which was a highly anticipated event for me. To add to the disappointment, I was arranged to sit in the hallway, far from the intended concert experience. While I understand and respect the importance of punctuality, I believe that the circumstances leading to my late arrival were exceptional and beyond my reasonable control. I was left with no choice but to accept a subpar experience despite having purchased a ticket. This experience has left me with a deeply unsatisfactory impression of the concert, and I sincerely hope that you take my feedback to heart. Addressing both the parking issue and refining the policy regarding late arrivals would greatly enhance the overall experience for audience and contribute to the positive reputation of your venue.

Played simple pieces. Nothing complex like Liszt or Chopin. Very deceiving to not share the programmed. Overrated!!! Never ever want to see him again

What a wonderful performance. My only complaint is the use of cell phones throughout the theatre flashing, lighting up. Some even rang! There needs to be stricter control of use of cell phones during the performance. It is disrespectful to the performer and audience.

The concert was fabulous. The music was divine. The audience was rude with sneaking out their cellphones and not turning off the notifications despite the efforts of the ushers. Kudos to the ushers. Tough job!

This was a wonderful performance from an extremely talented artist. I enjoyed it very much and can only admire his ability to play so well. It might have been better if there had been an intermission but in view of the program, this was not possible. The only thing spoiling the evening was the audience with their use of phones to take photos and video which was most annoying. . This was in spite of the efforts of the theatre staff to stop anyone from using their phones. But I would definitely go to see him perform again especially if the program was lighter piano pieces.
