Why should I become a Ticketmaster Partner?
You'll tap into a wide range of events to promote on your site in order to increase traffic and generate additional revenue, and the Ticketmaster brand assures visitors they'll get 100% authentic tickets. You'll also have access to easy-to-use online tools via the Ticketmaster Partner Center to create customized links and content, and detailed reports to help you understand visitors' preferences and link performance.
How do I get started?
It's as easy as reading and accepting the Terms and Conditions, then filling out a brief online application. Buy.at will send your log in and password details for the Ticketmaster Partner Center right away (look for an email from support@buy.at)! You will be automatically accepted and ready to make links. If you do not see your password in your email box within 15 minutes, please write to
affiliates@ticketmaster.com.
Who is buy.at?
Buy.at is the trusted third-party management company and network that Ticketmaster has partnered with to provide reporting and tracking solutions for the partner program.
Does it cost anything become a partner?
No, there is no application fee and there are no minimums.
Who sends my referral fees and when?
Within 30 days of the end of each month your account will be credited with your referral fees for monthly sales less any cancelled sales, returns, or refunds. Your account will only be credited once you have accumulated $20 in referral fees - this fee is an aggregated amount earned across the buy.at network for any given monthly basis. Also, fees are accumulative and rolled over into the following month if the threshold is missed. The fees will be sent from buy.at and appear as Perfiliate Technologies on your statement.

How do you track orders from different partners?
Buy.at will assign you a unique tracking ID. All partner links to Ticketmaster use this unique tracking ID. Every time a consumer clicks one of those links, the unique URL tells us which page to display as well as which partner sent the consumer to us. We keep track of the partner's ID as the consumer browses our site, even if they close their browser and come back later that day.
How do I create Ticketmaster links?
Log in through the Ticketmaster Partner Center with your user name and password. Click on the Make Links tab where you'll find graphic links, buttons, and text links. You will also have access to the LinkEngine and Ticketmaster EventEngine, which enable you to create direct links to any of the Ticketmaster page or widgets for individual artists and/or venues so you can devise your own merchandising techniques.
How do I link to my favorite artist or club on Ticketmaster?
Click on the LinkEngine sub-tab under the Make Links tab in the Ticketmaster Partner Center. Then copy the Ticketmaster site URL where you want to link to into the "Enter URLs here" box and you'll receive a deeplinked URL. You can also publish your own event widgets to your Flash-enabled site, blog, or social networking profile using the EventEngine feature.
Can I sell Ticketmaster tickets on my site?
No, you are only allowed to link consumers to Ticketmaster's sites to make their purchases. Transactions to purchase Ticketmaster tickets may not take place on your site.
I have more than one website; can I link to Ticketmaster from each of them?
Yes, however if you want to track performance from each site separately, you'll have to set up separate accounts or use the LID (Link ID) functionality.
Can I participate if I live outside the US?

Can I participate if I'm a venue, promoter, label or artist?

I don't want to give you my account number or financial information. Can I still apply?

I don't have a website, but have physical stores to become an outlet. How do I become an outlet?
Why are commissions for primary (initial sale) tickets lower than for secondary (resale) tickets?
Most of Ticketmaster's business involves initial ticket sales on behalf of live entertainment event providers. Partner programs involving ticket resale are able to offer higher referral commissions on account of the different economics associated with ticket resale. Ticketmaster's referral commissions for sales on its TicketExchange and TicketsNow resale platforms therefore have higher rates than referrals on initial sales, for which Ticketmaster receives only on a portion of the service fees (which often are shared with partners) and not on the face value of the ticket, which goes to the artist, promoter and/or venue.
What is the duration of your tracking cookie?
Our cookie lasts 30 days.
How do I get credit for links to TicketsNow products? Do I link directly to TicketsNow?
When a consumer links to a Ticketmaster page through your affiliate links, they may be offered to be taken to TicketsNow.com inventory on that ticketing platform. If the consumer completes their transaction on that page, you will receive the referral commission. You cannot link directly to TicketsNow using our affiliate links. All TicketsNow links must be redirects through Ticketmaster as allowed by our venues and/or artist partners.
