When is the box office open?
Daytime box office hours are Monday to Friday, 1:00pm to 6:00pm. On performance days, the box office opens 2 hour prior to the first scheduled curtain time, and stays open until 1/2 hour after curtain time.

What are the will call rules?
In advance of shows, tickets can be picked up during daytime hours at any TO Live box office (Meridian Arts Centre, Meridian Hall, St. Lawrence Center for the Arts). On show days, tickets will be available for pickup from 2 hours prior to the scheduled curtain time. Please arrive early to avoid congestion and delays, and be prepared to present the actual credit card used for purchase and photo ID.
What are the parking options at Meridian Arts Centre?
Public parking is available at nearby lots, and limited metered street parking is available on surrounding streets. For more information, please visit www.meridianartscentre.com/parking-and-ttc. Limited onsite parking is available for patrons with Accessible Needs, and must be arranged in advanced by calling 416-733-9388 ext. 6900.
Is there accessible seating?
There are several Accessible Seating options available depending on your needs. Please contact the TO Live Box Office at 416-366-7723, option #3 or 1-800-708-6754, option #3 to discuss your options and to book Accessible Seats. Hearing assistance devices are available through our Patrons Services team on a first-come, first-served basis, and cannot be reserved in advance.
What are the general rules of Meridian Arts Centre?
No smoking is permitted in the building.
Are children allowed?
All patrons including babies-in-arms require a ticket of admission. If a child has not yet celebrated their first birthday, a "babes-in-arms" ticket may be obtained, free of charge, at the box office as of 2 hours prior to the scheduled curtain time. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult , and if children are being noisy and disrupting the performance the child and guardian may be asked to step out into the lobby.
