Telus Field is located at 10233 96 Ave. N.W., directly north of the Epcor plant.

Parking

There are three parking lots, game night parking in all lots is only $5.

Lot 1 is located just north of the ball park, and can be accessed off 96th Avenue. Passes are available in this area for Field Level Suite Holders, Box Season Seat Holders and Season Seat Holders.

Game night parking is available in Lots 2 and 3. These lots are located just one block west of the ball park.

Box Office Location:
Located beside the Capitals Game Day Ticket Office, one set of doors west of the main entrance.

Box Office will open a minimum of one hour prior to game time.

To pick up will call orders, customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.

Accessible Seating

Telus Field is equipped with Barrier Free seating. All locations offer excellent viewing.

Wheelchair seats are located behind Boxes 107 and 126. Due to limited space, Telus Field can only accommodate one attendant per wheelchair patron.

Service Pets:
Service pets are welcome at the ball park. Guests with service pets should contact the Capitals office in advance to make suitable seating arrangements. No other animals or pets are permitted unless otherwise specified by the Edmonton Capitals.

General Rules

Rainout Policy:
If a game is rained out completely, or is cancelled before becoming official due to inclement weather, your ticket may be used for any future Edmonton Capitals regular season game during the same season. Simply present the ticket from the rained out game at the Capitals Box Office at the ball park and you will be presented with comparable seating to the future game of your choice.

Seating is subject to availability, but there are no service charges.

Please Note: Refunds are not permitted.

Children Rules

Children two years of age or older must have a ticket for admission. Children under two years may enter without a ticket, but must sit on the lap of their parent/guardian without obstructing the sight lines of other guests.

Miscellaneous

Seating Layout:
The Stadium has 20 rows of seats. The home dugout is located on the east side along the 3rd base line. The visitor dugout is located on the west side along the 1st base line.

- Roof extends back a few rows from section C through H with shade in the last 2 rows

Lost and Found:
Lost or found items can be reported to the Customer Service booth on the concourse behind section G. To report any lost of found items after the game please call 780-414-4625 Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Security and Bag Checks:
Random security checks may be conducted and all bags will be searched upon entering the park. Diaper and medical bags are permitted. Bags must be small enough to fit under the seat and not obstruct any aisles or seating areas. Larger bags, strollers, car seats and any other transportation aids must be checked into the Customer Service Booth. Please note, coat check is not available.
