Directions

The Jubilee can be accessed from 16th avenue NW by taking the 14th street south turn off. If you are Coming North on 14th street, there is an off ramp that leads to the Jubilee.

Parking

There is parking available for a charge of $5.00.

Public Transportation
Dalhousie LRT line stops at the Jubilee/SAIT/ACAD station.

Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets.

Accessible Seating

Accessible Seating:
The Jubilee Auditorium is fully wheelchair accessible with ramps available at the North doors and Main entrance of the Jubilee. Wheelchair seating is ticketed and priced in accordance with each separate performance. Please be sure to specifically request a wheelchair space when calling the box office to purchase tickets.

Wheelchair patrons and one guest have the opportunity to purchase seating at the normal charge for an event and occupy seats together at a number of locations throughout the orchestra level, first balcony and in the pit seating. Since wheelchair spaces are limited, additional group members are not guaranteed seating near the wheelchair patron but we will make an effort to accommodate groups if availability allows it. In order to ensure that our patrons are comfortably seated, we recommend that you allow extra time to park and get to your seats before the performance is scheduled to begin.

Handicap parking is located at the North doors of the building or wheelchair patrons may be dropped off at the North or Main entrance ramps. The Auditorium does not provide wheelchairs to its patrons.

Children Rules

Everyone requires a ticket including babes in arms.

Special Features:

Alcove Suite for corporate or private entertaining. Nestled in a quiet alcove on the first balcony, this suite is available for upcoming shows or for private receptions. Other rooms also available for receptions. Please contact Kim Smith at 403.297.8018 for more information.

Elevator which goes to the first balcony only.

Escalator which goes to the first and second balcony.

Binoculars may be rented for a small fee in the lobby.
