When is the box office open?
Tuesday to Saturday: 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm Closed on Sundays, Mondays, and holidays. On ticketed performance days the main box office and phone lines will remain open straight through until performance time. For ticketed performances that occur on Sundays, Mondays and holidays, the main box office and the phone lines will open at least three hours prior to the scheduled performance time.

What are the will call rules?
Box Office Location: The main Banff Centre Box Office is located in the lobby of the Banff Centre Theatre Complex. It is the main Box Office for all of The Banff Centre theatres. A venue box office will open at the Rolston Recital Hall 1 hour prior to ticketed performances. Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.

There are 3 large parking lots and a parkade. Parking is free.

Are children allowed?
Regardless of age, all audience members must have a ticket. We strongly advise that infants younger than one not attend performances for the safety and comfort of the child and the enjoyment of the rest of the audience, and we generally recommend that audience members be four years of age or older in order for everyone to fully enjoy the performance. For safety reasons and in instances where the performance is being recorded, some events may restrict admission of young children and they will not be admitted. Please contact the Box Office for specific age and seating recommendations. Out of respect for artists and audience alike, we ask that you consider your seat location when bringing children. Any person who is disruptive during a performance may be asked to leave. Refunds will not be made available upon this or on the basis of content.
