When is the box office open?
Tuesday to Saturday: 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm Closed on Sundays, Mondays, and holidays. On ticketed performance days the main box office and phone lines will remain open straight through until performance time. For ticketed performances that occur on Sundays, Mondays and holidays, the main box office and the phone lines will open at least two hours prior to the scheduled performance time.

What are the will call rules?
Box Office Location: The Banff Centre Box Office is located in the lobby of the Banff Centre Theatre Complex. It is the main Box Office for all of The Banff Centre theatres. A venue box office will open at the The Club 1 hour prior to ticketed performances. Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.
What are the parking options at The Banff Centre - The Club?
There are 3 large parking lots and a parkade located next to the Theatre Complex. Parking is free.
Is there accessible seating?

Are children allowed?
The Club is a licensed, non-smoking venue and admits those 14 and older. No children under 14 years of age will be admitted.
