Parking
VIP Parking (limited space):Passes for VIP parking are available on an event by event basis. Passes for applicable events will be $10.00 + HST + service charge. See your event or search CN CENTRE VIP PARKING to see if the VIP parking pass is available for the event you will be attending.
There is also a Cougars season parking pass available that will be valid for every Cougars home game of the season. This season pass is only available at the box office for $350.00 + HST + service charge.
- VIP parking is located on the east side of the CN Centre.
- guests will be guaranteed a close parking spot
- guests will be given priority exit after the event is over.
Free Parking
There is also plenty of free parking located onsite (lots 1, 2, and 3)

If there is an event on a Sunday or a holiday the box office will open 2 hours prior to the event or at noon - whichever comes earlier.

Box Office Location:Located just inside the main entrance of the CN Centre.
Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets.
Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.
Accessible Seating
Accessible Seating:24 Wheelchair and attendant spots situated halfway up the stands (behind row 7) in the sections V, W and X.
For concerts there are an extra 8 wheelchair and 8 attendant spots in the floor situated in the centre behind the last row of seats.
All restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
Hearing Devices:
None.
General Rules
Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside the CN Centre. People wishing to do so, may go out the doors on the east & west ends of the building to smoke during hockey intermissions or during concerts.Cameras: Cameras and recording devices are NOT usually permitted. (Exceptions are only made by the promoter of the event.)
Alcohol:
Cougars games - Alcohol is not allowed in Section "M"
Concerts and other events - Alcohol is not allowed in section "E"
Children Rules
Children are usually free until their second birthday.Miscellaneous
The Cougars office is located at the front of the CN Centre on the southeast corner. Office hours are from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.**NEW ** Alcohol is allowed in the stands effective May 28th/2012, with the exception of The Canadian Tenors on May 24th, 2012.** The alcohol free section is section "M" for Cougars' games and section "E" for concerts and other events.
