Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - Toronto
The show was great but my 3 year old complained that the theatre was too dark during the show. Kept both my kids entertained (youngest is 18 months old). I would recommend it.

Kids loved it
Hamilton Place Theatre - Hamilton
Our 4 and 8 years olds loved it. Great songs and set up just like the TV show. A lot of fun. The intermission could be shorter though.

Too long
Hamilton Place Theatre - Hamilton
The event was too long for the toddler-preschool target audience. The sound was also not great, many words could not be understood.

Lots To Look At!
Hamilton Place Theatre - Hamilton
Great show, the visuals and characters were very stimulating. Found that there was a bit too much singing, thought maybe they could of done more fun acting scenes, such as the seahorse race. The kids seemed to be really into that part! Enjoyed by my 3 yr old son!

Decent show
Hamilton Place Theatre - Hamilton
My 4 year old, loved the show, which is the most important and was entertained for the entire show. The venue and sound were great. From a parents view, I do have to say that the production was a little cheap( except the sheep costumes were good) for the amount of money the tickets cost and the merchandise prices are outragous (but we pay those prices...) It would have been great if we could have taken pictures with the characters (but then we would never have gotten to leave)

better to sit and watch it on the tv
Hamilton Place Theatre - Hamilton
forget it, unless you want to sit next to inconsiderate mothers who talk during the entire performance because their kids attention span in 2 minutes long, and you don't mind listening to 3 songs before they take an intermission for what seemed like 1/2hr and had the volume so low that in the balcony section you couldn't hear a thing then go for it. This mom should have taken her 80 bucks and threw it to the wind for all the good we got out of the show not to mention the over priced stuffed animals for sale that you pretty much had to buy because every other kid had one (mainly because the intermission was so long parents had to spend the money to keep them quiet)

Toopy and Binoo, lukewarm
Hamilton Place Theatre - Hamilton
I took my 3 yr old grandson to see this show on May 9th at 3:30. The staff were friendly and helpful. The building very clean. The venue small and intimate. The show started on time but took a 20 min intermission after just 40 min into the performance. This was surprising as it wasn't a high energy event. When I went to buy a souvenir and stood in a long line to find out it was cash only. We then joined dozens of parents at the single ATM that charged me $3.00 bank fees. The remaining 40 minutes was enjoyable but not impressive. However, my grandson enjoyed it and that was the important thing.

Magical experience for children!
Hamilton Place Theatre - Hamilton
I took my 3 year old to see Toopy and Binoo at Hamilton Place. She had an amazingly magical time. Our seats were great, and comfortable. The auditorium was absolutely beautiful. I think most children should get this experience, it was incredible for her.

It should stay as a Cartoon only
Hamilton Place Theatre - Hamilton
I have been to many children's shows over the last 30 years with five children. This is the second children's show I have gone to with my Grandson, and without doubt it was the WORST show I have seen, masquerading as a professional production. It started ten minutes late, ran for 30 minutes, then a 15 minute intermission which became 20 minutes then came back on for another 25 minutes of show. If you have ever been in a Theater full of 2 to 5 year old's then you know how long twenty minutes can be. After this show I went to see to High School Productions at a Festival being held in Hamilton, and the stage crews of either of the two shows, could have taught the Toopy and Binoo stage crew how to do a set change quickly and properly. From the pre-show and intermission sing along sound track that was too low to hear, to the amateur looking sets it was bad. When compared to the Wiggles show which was a 4 to 5 star this should be a -4.
Toopy and Binoo and the Marshmallow Moon brings to life the two fun-loving and adorable characters, whose hilarious antics are driven by their out-of-this-world imaginations. Toopy and Binoo’s unpredictable adventures inspire children to push their own limits! Entertaining and whimsical, Toopy and Binoo and the Marshmallow Moon is a fairy-tale for our times; it incorporates music, theatre, dance, puppetry and innovative multimedia technology to weave a story that will tickle the imagination of the entire family!
