    Always amazing

by FreetheSpirit on 2016-03-14The Flats @ Ontario Place - Toronto

Even though last year was rained out (not the events fault, it's just the kind of gamble you take when buying outdoor festival tickets) it was still an amazing time! Can't wait to go again this year! Have gone every year and don't intend on stopping!

considering how badly things went that weekend it still was an awesome time. I really wish we had good weather for the event. I could tell that things were well put together and it would have been a huge success this year.

Not concert related but in disbelief

by Sparky5555 on 2015-07-01The Flats at Ontario Place - Toronto

My 16 year old daughter attended this event I her father registered it and loaded up her wristband so she would not have to carry cash, when registering you have to put her brith date. Just curious how a 16 year can get served alcohol using her wristband, not once but "4" times, are people not checking ID at these locations and how many other minors were served?

The rain and heavy winds were not ink's fault. Apart from having to cancel day 1, day 2 was unforgettable and completely worth it! The after parties were also huge! The vibe was so good and the rain couldnt stop us day 1! I had the time of my life!

    Dubstep is everywhere

by MYMYQC on 2015-07-01The Flats at Ontario Place - Toronto

I had a good time, even if the event was cancelled on saturday. Hopefully they refunded the price of the saturday ticket and Armin Van Buuren played somewhere else si I got too see him. Otherwise, I would have spent all that money and time coming from Quebec for him for nothing. Also, the music was very good, all of the nicest songs these days where played. The only problem was: there was a lot of dubstep, even at the main stage (which is not supposed to be dubstep). To me, this made the difference between being in the mood and not being able to. Still had fun, but could have had a lot more...

    Digital was AMAZING...however

by toff on 2015-07-01The Flats at Ontario Place - Toronto

it was unbelievable however we were suppose to get 20 hours of raving and we only got 8. we missed so many of the djs that we were suppose to see and they cancelled day 1 SO last minute. My friends and I were all ready to go ON the train one more stop till exhibition station and we got an update. Don't get me wrong digital day 2 was amazing but I feel awful for people who only got day 1 tickets because they were so excited to go to digital and they didn't get to go at all. Plus day 1 was better but overall under the circumstances i had an AMAZING i just wish we had more time.

Not Even the Rain Can Stop Toronto!!!

by Kalson on 2015-07-01The Flats at Ontario Place - Toronto

Crazy storms caused the cancellation of Day 1, but Day 2 Toronto came out and showed how we party!!! Production was great, although I felt the Dreams stage last year was more impressive. This year, the Dreams stage was more focused on higher resolution screens and visual effects. Also, the sound this year was better, but it appeared that the back speakers stopped working early into the evening. The DJ lineup was outstanding, but you can tell that they setup the DJ lineup as big name, big name, small name, small name, big name, big name so that there is a 2 hour gap where you are compelled use the washroom and get food and drinks. Smart business move, but not a good move for the fans. Personally, I would prefer it go from smallest name to biggest name at the end like they do at EDC and UMF. People pay good money to see the biggest names and they shouldn't have to miss the big names because they're on early in the day before everyone has arrived. Overall, the event was great and it's the festival I look forward to the most in Toronto each summer.

    Digital nightmare

by jayjayjay on 2015-07-01The Flats at Ontario Place - Toronto

First day cancelled. Organizers informed everyone late. Lack of foresight into event & weather. Second day -- shortened, performers from Day 1 not seen on Day 2, not contingency plan in place for customers wanting a full refund. Very poor organization. Will not attend future events
