Fantastic show. Exhilarating from start to finish. Femi has the energy of a teenager. He never disappoints. Glad this was all ages show so I could bring my teenage son and daughter to the show

Femi Kuti's concert at the Opera House on Wednesday, July 3rd was a non-stop delivery of energetic sounds and beats. From the oh-so-exciting dancers to the wonderful musicianship to Kuti's entertaining banter, the evening was a total pleaser. It was my first time seeing Kuti live and I will make a point of seeing him again next time he hits Toronto. So should you.
Great show!! Femi, band and dancers were outstanding. Hopefully, he will come back to Toronto and play at a bigger venue. Please promote this music genre - Afrobeat.
Femi, the musicians and dancers did a great job! they put in a great effort in bringing their A game. Unfortunately the acoustics of the hall, the bad set up of the sound system and the sound engineer, if there was one, did a terrible job of equalizing the levels. Thank got for that African beat driving the vibe a long with the brass and key board but the vocals where extremely hard to figure out and there was little to no definition in the other instuments. I like the size and potential of the space, I have seen several shows there before, from dubstep to punk, had a good time, but would greatly appreciate greater attention to the sound in the space!
The concert was awesome. The energy from Femi was great. The positive force also presented lovely instrumentals and the dancers......wow. I would definitely see this show again.
My first time seeing Femi Kuti's show, and what a show it was indeed! He had everybody dancing all night, and singing along with him. The opening act was incredible as well. Over all a wonderful experience for me and my friends. We look forward to coming back with a bigger crowd next time. Thank you Femi, you rock!!!!!

this was the third time I've seen Femi Kuti & his incredible band. They have always been a special treat to see & this third installment was no exception. It was the first night of their Africa For Africa tour & they came out of the gate blazing. The entire performance was full of incredible energy. If you have never seen these guys, and they are coming to a town near you, do not miss it! Finer Toronto, ON
