BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Brooklyn-based Milagres formed in 2006 when fouding members Kyle Wilson, Fraser McCulloch and Eric Schwortz met during their college days at New York University. Four years later, Wilson incurred a serious back injury while mountain biking, and the material he penned while bedridden would eventually morph into the group's 2011 debut Glowing Mouth. The release was an international success, earning major acclaim from critics and putting the band on the radar as one of indie rock’s hottest new acts. Milagres has toured with indie giants We Are Scientists and made several festival appearances at SXSW and CMJ Music Festival, and they’ve earned a devoted following along the way. With the release of 2014's Violent Light, Milagres have plenty of exciting material to share with enthusiastic ticket buyers when they take the stage.
