    Miyavi in Toronto was brilliant!

by captdrlarry on 2011-11-14The Phoenix Concert Theatre - Toronto

My 15 year old daughter introduced me to Miyavi and when we were going to be in Toronto at the same time he was performing, we had to buy tickets. Boy, am I glad I did. A 2 man band, Miyavi on guitar and vocals, and Bobo on Drums. I am amazed that the place was not sold out. This is one of the best kept secrets going and he should not be a secret. Now if we could only get him to come to Calgary!

    Miyavi rocked that stage!!!!!

by AbbyLovesMiyavi on 2011-11-02Phoenix Concert Theatre - Brampton

This was by far the most amasing day of my life! Miyavi ran on stage and the first thing he said was "What's my name!" To which we said "MIYAVI!" funny part was, he made a joke about it saying "Haha no guys, my name iss not MIYAGI its MIYAVI!" of course, everyone laughed. The croud could definately feel his emotion in all of his songs. It was awesome when he said "i know you guys want me to sing my old songs" and everyone said "SING ITOSHII HITO! ITOSHII HITO!" he seemed happy to hear it as well xD It was great that he came back and sang more songs for us when we were chanting his name and screaming "ENCORE". Only exception was, that we sing along with him because he was tired xD It was a great experience. There was so much more that i could say, but this review would never EVER end if i went on. It was my first real concert ever, and im very glad to say that my first concert that i have ever went to is Miyavi's concert. Truly memorable. Im definatly going to his concert again. But next time.... MEET AND GREET PACKAGE xD!!!!

by mikkir0 on 2011-11-01The Phoenix Concert Theatre - Toronto

This was my 1st time ever been to an Official concert! Miyavi was my favorite ever since high school, the concert ground was crazy! When he came up stage it was breath taking, the sounding and audio was all great! not too loud to the point where you can barely hear the melody, it was just right! The air conditioning was just right too! everything is nicely organized! Since this was my very 1st I had the best time ever! It was an unforgettable night! It was just AMAZING!

He always plays a fantastic show. He has so much energy, has great stories, has the greatest partnership with his drummer... I love him! I would see him any time he came to Toronto. He was amazing last year too.

    Miyavi was fantastic!!!!

by Caaralee on 2010-07-02Sound Academy - Toronto

Miayvi was the most amazing artist is have seen live. Ive been to a lot of concerts and for me to say this is huuge. Miyavi was soreal and just fun. He interacted with the crowd a lot and made me laugh loads. He actually stopped the show so two girs that fainted could leave. He shredded some tears as he told us about last year, how he couldnt make it to North america and he was sorry. Myself and a friend had floor seats so that just made everything a whole lot better. I cant wait till Miyavi returns. I will be attending tha concert for sure. There wasnt a moment that i wasnt just soaked up into. The performances were just phenominal. He sounds just like he does on his albums. Which is very uncommon for most artists now a days. He gave us sneak peks on his up coming album which i am most excited for to release.

    MIYAVI IS TO DIE FOR

    by hnguye57 on 2010-06-27Sound Academy - Toronto

Miyavi is to die for. It was pretty amazing! I didn't like the mosh-pit though, because it was a war in there. But I got to see MYV up close so it was worth it. I waited in line for 8 hours and it was worth it.

by XiiNNY on 2010-06-26Sound Academy - Toronto

Seriously, I've been to a lot of concert but this one was the most awesome event ever. Miyavi is just so amazing, I've done everything so that I could go and see him perform since I'm from Quebec. It's a long way, believe me. =) I really don't regret it at all and I surely recommend it to every japanese fan. Miyavi is one of the best performer I've seen so far and that's true. It was really amazing, I was shocked of how he was energic, cool, entertainning and so good in live event.

    Jaw-dropping Miyavi

by kairu on 2010-06-26Commodore Ball Room - Vancouver

Wow! This show was amazing! He played so many songs, and it was a solid set. His back up band are incredible musicians! Just watching them was entertaining. No artist over here can command the stage like Miyavi. Any person could enjoy this show even if you are not familiar with all of his stuff.
