It was a great experience, very well managed, but there could be better food options
It was such a great day and amazing to watch Team Canada play Belgium. The crowd was super interactive and loudly cheering for the TC players. Great venue.
There was no craft beer available for sale all weekend. Very disappointing.
The rugby event was amazing. Starting with getting through the gate it was a quick and easy. Once we were inside everything was well marked and found our way around easily. I made sure to get up just before the half to use the washroom as that is the only hard thing to do there is quite a long line on the breaks. Our experience was great!!
Great game!! shame the stands were empty of supporters. Might have been more attendees if it had been in Toronto. Also the stadium is sponsored by Tim Hortons but the Tim Hortons concession stand there has a very poor selection of drinks and no food.
Disappointing result as Canada coughed it up at the end. But an entertaining game on a sunny summer day, with knowledgeable fans in attendance, and beer on tap.
all in all it was a great game to watch, team Canada played well. The merch was a bit expensive and there were sizes missing. That was disappointing Tim Hortons Field was clean and the staff were fantastic prices where on the high side. 2 20oz beers for $25.00 bottle of Coke $6
I love rugby, I like to support Canada when the rare opportunity to see the play live comes up. A good game, pity they (just) lost, very disappointing about the turnout Rugby needs more promoting and financial support. Maybe discount more tickets, get bodies in the stands, exposed to joy or watching live rugby at a top level.
Canada was out classed for the opening kick off. Scotland played with more speed and desire than Canada. Not at all like the game a few years ago when Canada lost because of bad call by the ref which led to a yellow card. Canada consistently used the same set plays, which made them very predictable. the constant movement of the fans up and down the stairs during the play made it very frustration to watch. Particularly this one woman who sat in front of us got up 6 times to go to the bathroom and always returned with two beers. She interrupted the people beside her who had to stand, and blocked those beside me from seeing. She should have switched with the individual in the aisle seat for easier in out(they were all together) and at least waited for a stoppage of play.
