Box Office Location: Located beside the Prospects Game Day Ticket Office, one set of doors west of the main entrance. Box Office will open a minimum of one hour prior to game time. To pick up will call orders, customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.

There are three parking lots, game night parking in all lots is only $5. Lot 1 is located just north of the ball park, and can be accessed off 96th Avenue. Passes are available in this area for Field Level Suite Holders, Box Season Seat Holders and Season Seat Holders. Game night parking is available in Lots 2 and 3. These lots are located just one block west of the ball park.

Edmonton Ballpark is equipped with Barrier Free seating. All locations offer excellent viewing. Wheelchair seats are located behind Boxes 107 and 126. Due to limited space, Telus Field can only accommodate one attendant per wheelchair patron. For inquiries regarding Barrier Free seating please contact the Edmonton Prospects at 780-458-5843. Service Pets: Service pets are welcome at the ball park. Guests with service pets should contact the Prospects office in advance to make suitable seating arrangements. No other animals or pets are permitted unless otherwise specified by the Edmonton Prospects.

Rainout Policy: If a game is rained out completely, or is cancelled before becoming official due to inclement weather, your ticket may be used for any future Edmonton Prospects regular season game during the same season. Simply present the ticket from the rained out game at the Prospects Box Office at the ball park and you will be presented with comparable seating to the future game of your choice. Seating is subject to availability, but there are no service charges. Please Note: Refunds are not permitted.

Children six years of age or older must have a ticket for admission. Children under six years may enter without a ticket, but must sit on the lap of their parent/guardian without obstructing the sight lines of other guests.
