Trackside Music Festival Tickets

Bought VIP table seats. Great view, comfortable seating, table service (Michelle rocked) but wow for the money we payed for these tickets there should have been a plan for the heat and shade. It was the hottest weekend on record and for the afternoons we couldn't even use our seats. there was ZERO shade the first day and minimal shade the second. With such big sponsors, why did each table not have umbrellas. When the sun was going down we could finally go to our area only to get bumped out of areas a few times. This system NEEDS to be improved. WE all paid the same amount for our tickets - Get this system worked out !!! Overall the entire event was great. Music fantastic! Washrooms and sectioned of from general admission was perfect and they were clean however i would not pay that much money again to get the table seating. the VIP general area was superior at this event. they had a huge tented area with great seating to.

Loved the music but needs better thought put into cooling down crowd. Should be more then one water fill up station (maybe over by the food) and the misting station was horrible. Place it on nongrass area and maybe better apparatus as well.

/The concert itself was amazing, but I have to say i was very disappointed in some of the organization. There was a lineup of over 100's people just to fill up on water. They knew it was calling for 90 plus in temperature and it was disgusting that they couldnt accommodate people with water And on top of it they wouldnt let you bring in your own empty water bottle or container? whats with that? People needed to stay hydrated in those temp. Funny they had plenty of booze stations all over and hardly any line ups but they cannot supply water very disappointed!!!

The line up of artists was great! I think the event should have put a water station in every section of the grounds with how hot it was, not just in one spot which was all the way on the other side of the VIP area. Also I think they should have let us bring in our own water bottles as the refillable ones being sold, the water was warm within 20 minutes. It was great that someone sprayed a hose between sets to cool people off.

i purchased the ticket for my son and he said that the whole weekend was great is looking forward to next year

Trackside is always a great time. The energy of the crowd was fantastic and the venue always has a variety of fun venders to visit. There are a lot of food options as well. This year there was heat wave during the festival and since they sold out of reusable water bottles, the second day they allowed us to bring in our own sealed or empty water bottles to use at the refill station they provided. I really appreciated that gesture. The only issue I have with Trackside is the price of alcohol. I understand that at festivals like this there is a lot of money made through the sale of alcohol but at $9.50 a drink, I think that is a little steep. The first year drinks were around $5 the following year $7 or $8 and then this year $9.50. Hopefully the prices don't continue to rise.

we had a great time at trackside this year. Each year they seem to be getting better with the food/washroom availability. Only thing I'd change is the ability to re-enter once leaving. It was incredibly hot this weekend so being able to see the people you want to see and then cooling off at home for a bit would have been nice. Also please allow re-usable water bottles into the grounds...there wasn't nearly enough of the trackside ones to buy so we were stuck buying Dasani all weekend.

The 2 days were amazing! They had some really great bands. The could have had more water stations with how hot it was out, but other then that, best weekend I've had in ... Ever!
