Fantastic stage set up with props, awesome acting for short rehearsal time. Enjoyed being back in the Academy Theatre finally! Tickets were easy to obtain for the whole family. Great night!

Quick and safe production. Put together quickly but very effectively. Very entertaining and funny!

The actors were hilarious..even reading from the script added to the lightness of the production!

The show was fantastic. Mr Henry played Charles Dickens extremely well and captured our attention throughout the entire performance.

  • not what I expected

The narrator was amazing, I give him all the stars but over all experience was not so good. Would have been better if it was a bigger production with actors and music.

  • A Christmas Carol was disappointing

When I bought the tickets, I wasn't aware that there was no assigned seating. I discovered this fact when I called customer service. We sat on uncomfortable chairs placed around the outside of the room. We ended up leaving half way - $90 down the drain. The storyteller was very good but when I received the email regarding buying tickets to the show, I had assumed that it would be a play and not a story reading.

  • ABJ School - The Christmas Carol -outstanding

For years I have been attending Archbishop High School's Drama Productions and always come away awe-struck. This year the Grade 12 Drama Students and the Theatre Production Team, exceeded even my highest expectations. This students have amazing talent and what always blows me away is that it is the students who design and build the sets, the costumes, develop the choreography, the musics and special effects. This is TRULY a student driven program and I think the best out there. I also support the other local High School's Theatre productions within our community and while they are good, ABJ High School by far surpasses them. Through the direction of Mr. Dustin Maloney and the ABJ Theatre Staff, these students truly rise to the top in their performance and The Christmas Carol was absolutely outstanding. I feel sorry for those who did not go and see this production - it rivals the Professional production.
