  • Underwhelming

by sabamn on 2016-04-26Roy Thomson Hall - TorontoRating: 2 out of 5

As a die hard Bee Gees fan I was excited to watch the tribute band. I absolutely adored Robin Gibb and the guy who was supposed to act as him totally ticked me off. The ABBA tribute band was not bad but need better choreography.

  • Brought all my memories back!

by Chim on 2016-04-26Roy Thomson Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

During my growing years ABBA & Bee Gees were part of our lives - school teenagers ! And to hear their music and songs again performed by talented people was amazing, like I went back to my past "carefree" years ! The "Blondie" from Abbamania was outstanding ! In general I was very happy that bought tickets to this amazing performance ! If you like me, love these bands - highly recommend!

  • Stepping back into the 1970's was magical!!!!

by Kamrouz on 2016-04-26Roy Thomson Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

This was my third time attending the Abbamania and the Bee Gees event in the past 4 years. This time I decided to treat all my friends and their wives to the show. We were a total of 7 couples. They are truly the "real deal" and look and sound just like the original group. We all had an amazing and unforgettable time!!! I would certainly go see them again and again!

  • Abbamania

by pepper081889 on 2015-12-08Club Regent Event Centre - WinnipegRating: 4 out of 5

Good show, good food, slow food service and clean up. They need more staff. Staff was very good. Drink lines very slow. Washrooms a disaster and womens lined up to the far wall. Very short intermission between bands. Enjoyed my night.

  • Great Show

by Master77 on 2015-12-08Club Regent Event Centre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

If you never saw the original Abba you have to see this group. The singing was extraordinary. They got the crowd involved and excited. One of the best cover bands. The melodies were spot on. It was an enjoyable part of the evening.

Abbamania was super. Great vocals, harmony, sounded just like the real Abba.

Abbamania was fantastic. Very fun and a lot of audience participation.

  • I thought there were four members of ABBA?!?

by WhatWasThat on 2015-05-13Deerfoot Inn & Casino - CalgaryRating: 2 out of 5

Good meal but not even a mention of the missing fourth member. Did the band think the audience was so old and senile that nobody would notice? Bad form, can't recommend.

  • Roy Thomson hall should not sell these seats

by Mjays on 2014-03-31Roy Thomson Hall - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

Good show very entertaining for the people who like that music

  • Not bad at all, but my style of a concert

by Sergey on 2014-03-31Roy Thomson Hall - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

I gave it as a present to my wife (she likes Abba). Must admit, the artists did their best. Both the musicians and the singers were performing really well. Was it something we were looking for? This were not the "real Abba" and the "real Bee Gees" anyways. We just realized, emulation is not our kind of show. There must the true own vision and the sound, interpretation of the original art, but not copying. So, we made a mistake. But others may like it more!

I liked show and also the young 13 years old talent singing between both known

  • Bee Gees Tribute very good, ABBA so and so...

by Lizanita on 2012-03-26Red Robinson Show Theatre - CoquitlamRating: 3 out of 5

ABBA was to loud at times and the blond lady to much. The ABBA Tribute felt more like a personal performance than a rendition of the real band... the lead guitarist could not keep up and change the music he was supposed to play to the point of not sounding like the real band at all... The Bee Gees Tribute was more professional and the lead guitarist who is also the lead singer was very good. They got the crowd to participate and dance.

Very enjoyable, if you closed your eyes you would think it was the original stars themselves. Absolutely will reccomend this event to others!

  • Okay then Great then Greatest

by LouLou3 on 2012-03-26Prince George CN Centre - Prince GeorgeRating: 4 out of 5

Abbamania was not bad, bot not great; the vocals were overpowered by the music, and the blonde gal was great to look at but not so great to listen to. COLTON was AMAZING, beyond amazing even! Pure voice and perfect in several genres, Very gifted young man, and I will buy his music for sure. Night Fever was fantastic, as good as the Bee Gees themselves, They made the tickets worthwhile!

  • Abbamania concert

by Scrumptious on 2011-06-21River Rock Casino Resort - RichmondRating: 5 out of 5

Totally fun as always!! The band is great fun and since we have had the privilege to know the members it is even better back stage. We will always show up to the show!! However, someone was sitting in them when we arrived and did not want to move. One of the ushers did not want to tell the person to move so we had to find another person who worked at the casino to get them to move. A staff meeting is in order to train staff to deal with rude individuals that wont go to their assigned seats!!!!!

Abba Fan for years, but this was not excellant. Instrument sound far overpowered weak vocals. Bee Gees were not the reason we came, but they were better than Abba.
