Americas got talent was better live then watching on TV. Amazing show. I would go and see the show again if I could.
This was a awesome show. We had great seats and the venue was beautiful. Would highly reccomend to anyone. Taylor Williamson is super funny. The whole entire show was great. My only complaint was I wish it was longer
The talent was great! The staging resembled a bad high school production.
This show was way overpriced! The acts themselves were ok, but they were much too short and there was too much time wasted between acts. The whole show was only 75 minutes long.
The show was great. It was a lot of fun to watch the acts live, especially the earth harp, that thing was huge! The notes and music from the instrument was absolutely amazing. I also loved seeing the sand artist Joe Castillo live, he really is a true artist. Tom Cotter was my favourite - I'm definitely going to check out his other shows. All and all, it was great to watch and we really enjoyed our 2 hours there. They had to do some clips here and there to re-introduce the characters' back-stories and what not, but it was really fun to watch. We got the cheaper tickets for the show, but the theatre was relatively small so we could still see and hear everything very clearly. Definitely recommend it to people looking for a fun way to spend 2 hours on a cheap price.
This show was horrible!!!! There was no host......only 6 acts that came on twice. It was like they didn't have enough people for the show so get back out and do it again. Video screens froze........lighting was missing on the stage. I'm speechless at how horrible this was actually. It was not fit for a VEGAS production. More like high school plays...... The only good thing about this was when Recycled Percussion was on. I went to AGT two years ago when it was at Planet Hollywood and Gerry Springer hosted it. It was fabulous!! I feel that everyone should be refunded their money.
Great show featuring some of the top acts we watched this past season on TV.
This show has it all: Dancers, Musicians , Comedians, Magicians, Animals and what's not. I just wished they would have it running all year long (with different talent each time) because I would love to see it again next time I'm in Vegas. I saw Circus De Soleil the "o" the night before but I enjoyed AGT much much more.
Ok, I do have to admit the talent was great ,BUT.....this was advertised as the TOP 10, only 8 performers were present and not one word was mentioned of the ones absent! I feel the event would have been improved if the sponsors would have at least shown a film clip of the missing talent and made mention of why they were not able to be there. I was very much looking forward to see Jackie Evanko pertorm live! Zoli.
We completely enjoyed this show. I was surprised that Jackie Evanko was not there, but very pleased to see that that little girl is not being paraded around for profit. She needs to protect that voice and give it an opportunity to grow. The other acts were wonderful. Some, better then others. But we enjoyed the entire performance. We are not huge Gerry Springer fans, but he did a good job and his jokes were appropriate for the audience. Loved....loved....loved his royal highness the Prince P.
The show was spectacular. The acts were even better than on tv. The producers of the show did a fabulous job co-ordinating the various acts. Each act brought their best to the show. All the acts were incredible.
It was awesome to see the finalist's of America's Got Talent live. If you're a fan of the show, you'll love the live version which features some already seen acts from on tv and some new songs and performances. I only wish there was more of Fighting Gravity who only performed once for 10 minutes during the second act while everyone else had much more stage time. Our only disappointment was that when we arrived at the venue, we were told at the door that the 10 year old Opera Singer would not be performing. While I was still happy to see all of the other acts, I think this was something they should have told ticket holders prior to arriving at the event. I did see several people turn and leave when they heard she was not there. All in all, a great event and definitely worth seeing!
Host Jerry Springer was a little annoying, he did not add anything to the show...it's a little disappointing that some of the top 10 were not present, as we were expecting all of the top 10 to be available for all shows...the acoustics of the building that we were in were awful and therefore made it a challenge to fully hear and understand the participants...we would question coming back to this theatre again...overall however, the show was fun, and we saw some wonderful acts...my husband was disappointed that there was not anything 'new' presented, and that it was essentially the television show live on stage...however that is what most people would be coming to see at this point and the performers would not have had much time to practise a new act in the short time between the television show coming to an end and the tour beginning...a fun overall evening! :)
The show was good, some acts promoted more than others. Jackie Evanko did not perform, Jerry was injured and did only a minimal performance. No discount was offered. I paid to watch ten acts not nine. Fighting Gravity performed only one act while Ali and Christina sang five songs. Prince Poppycock was incredible. Michael Grimm was great. Much different with a full band.
The show was even better than we thought it would be. I think you lose something when you see it on TV. The live show really shows how talented each person is. Sadly Jeremy was injured but he did come on stage after getting hurt and going to the hospital. Now that is dedication. This theatre is also one of the most beautiful deco theatres that I have seen. Might consider going to see AGT in another city!
