    Amazing as always

by Vietnamese Beast on 2020-01-31Rogers Centre - Toronto

It was again a snowy weekend, but we made the 2 day event either way. It was not to be missed. The lines were long, but that is expected with any event of that size. Just prepare for it. The staff were extremely helpful and made the event as great as it was. There are so many things to see and do. Going both days allows you to really enjoy yourself without stressing out that you can't get everything done in 1 day. There were so many photo ops available and the players were extremely nice, totally makes your day. It is well worth the money and I can't wait for next year's event.

    Not Impressed

by Brian P on 2020-01-29Rogers Centre - Toronto

We waited in line for 45 minutes, we went on the Saturday when the storm was on its way, and understandably it was uncomfortably cold. For some reason, there were only 2 gates open. I am not sure why only 2 gates were open, but whatever the reason, fan comfort was not a concern of the Blue Jays. The other thing that bothered me was the fact that schedules for pictures with Blue Jays players were not posted. Basically, we were waiting in line for 40 minutes to see George Bell, Lloyd Moseby, and Juan Guzman to get their autographs. Then they left, and about 15 minutes later Ricky Romero, (I think Adam Lind) and another forgettable Blue Jay took their places. During the 15 minutes, we asked an attendant if he knew who was coming to replace George, Lloyd and Guzman. The entire time he was playing coy and not revealing their names. This seemed condescending, but obviously he didn't want to reveal their names because they he we would leave. Had schedules been accessible, we would have known that 3 nobody's were coming for the picture and we would not have wasted more time waiting in line. Overall, this sequence of events tainted my experience, and I will not be returning to Jaysfest.

    Winter Fest

by Sooty on 2020-01-27Rogers Centre - Toronto

Loved seeing the kids having such a great time and it was awesome to see so many Blue Jays players there. They seemed to enjoy everything too. Our ticket agents were absolutely amazing and made sure we did not miss anything. Did the broadcast tour and that was really interesting.

    Freezing Cold!

by Meg on 2020-01-25Rogers Centre - Toronto

This year I was so disappointed, because they only open the front gate for entrance... and it is freezing that day... so we waited for a long time just to get it in... For the past 2 years they open all gates for entrance..

    Winterfest

by TONI on 2020-01-24Rogers Centre - Toronto

My husband and 20 month old son really enjoyed all the events. We participated in lots of kids stuff and was a very fun time. They added more stuff than the first year. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the long lineups as there were only 2 entrances available. With a 20 month year old in a stroller and the bad snowy weather waiting outside for 1/2 hour wasn’t fun. Maybe they need a separate entrance for parents with small children and strollers.

    Awesome Time

by Sara on 2020-01-24Rogers Centre - Toronto

I had a great time watching all the interviews with past and present players. The games and prizes were awesome and the whole day/experience was amazing. Definitely going next year!

    More for kids this year

    by S. K. on 2020-01-24Rogers Centre - Toronto

Loved this event in the past and spent both days last year at event and loved it. This was more about things unrelated to Jays just with their logo on it. I only spent a few hours this year and was disappointed. Some parts were great. I always enjoy the gane shows. It was a great day for children as lots for them to do. For the avid adult Jays fan there was not a lot. I will still give next year a chance.

    Great experience...great photo ops

by Lmf on 2020-01-23Rogers Centre - Toronto

What was done right.. 1. Photo ops on level 1...none on the field 2. Children activities on the field 3. Self guided club house tour 4. Main stage shows What could be better 1. Wrist band pickup..since prepaid the wristband should be incorporated in the ticket and scanned at the autograph session 2. Coat check...crazy lineup 3. Getting to lvl 200 difficult due to blocked zones 4. Consider dedicating one day for adults and one day for kids.

    Nice event, needs improvements

    by J. C. on 2020-01-23Rogers Centre - Toronto

The event was great and loved the new additions. However, we do miss the Glow Room where you could talk to the players and get a great picture of them. Match Up was cute but missed the photos with the players aspect of it. The staff in Match Up was so rude that Lloyd Mosby had to tell them off! Smile Mile was great, I like to see this back. Photo booths were great but wish Borucki's group was involved in more than one autograph session. Also, attending both days, I always end up with the same autograph groups. It would help if you can have a place to exchange if that occurs.
