Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band are regarded as one of the very best live rock acts of all time. From humble New Jersey beginnings in 1972, they grew in popularity to become one of the true icons of American music. Hits such as “Born In The USA” and “Dancing In The Dark” cemented Bruce Springsteen as one of America's top popular rock vocalists. He's known for being one of the hardest-working acts in the industry, and concerts can regularly last three hours or more and tours often last years rather than months.
Bruce Springsteen began his musical career singing and playing in a number of bands in the New Jersey area in the mid-‘60s. Influenced by the likes of Elvis Presley, the Beatles and Cream, his musical style was both a reflection of his own tastes and of his blue-collar working-class American roots. The mix of old-fashioned rock and roll with a more progressive, often politically minded lyrical style soon began to build a cult following for Springsteen. By 1972 he was signed to a deal with Columbia Records, along with the E Street Band. The band's members changed now and then over the years, but the core members were Danny Federici, Clarence Clemons, Garry Tallent, Roy Bittan and Max Weinberg. Together they released their first album, Greetings From Asbury Park NJ, in 1972.
While they enjoyed tremendous success in the late ‘70s and early ‘80s, they were launched into the megastar category with the release of Born In The USA in 1984. The album stormed the US charts, becoming one of the biggest-selling records of all time with over 30 million albums sold. Bruce Springsteen became an American pop-culture icon and the band enjoyed huge success worldwide with sold-out stadium tours and numerous top 10 singles.
In 1999 Bruce Springsteen was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame and over the years the act has won numerous Grammy and Golden Globe Awards while continuing to rock at sell-out shows the world over. Bruce has always remained true to his roots, often turning down offers from corporate advertisers wanting to use his music for profit. His music has truly captured the American spirit over the years, which is why he has remained a much-loved and consistently popular musician for such a long time. Away from his on-stage commitments he is an activist for equal rights and runs a charity called The Foundation which helps support war veterans and food banks.

Bruce Springsteen’s 3 hour and 22 minute performance was incredible!! He’s 75! He looks like a 60 year old and performed as if was only 45 or so. Song after song was incredible. His entrance into the audience was very special! Incredible!! Bruce Springsteen’s 3 hour and 22 minute performance was incredible!!
31 songs, 3.5 hours of fantastic music. Bruce's voice was strong throughout and his band was tight. The audience was most appreciative. Definitely worth the money spent on the ticket. Five stars.
Bruce Springsteen put on an amazing show. For a 75 year old performer, singing steadily for 2 1/2 hours was well worth the value of the tickets, not to mention that this has been a '2' year wait to see the concert. That is why they call him the 'Boss'. Downside was that, for the entire show the people in the row directly in front of us, stood up for the entire show which forced us and everyone behind us to also stand for the entire show. There was no seats in front of them, being that they were the front row and no one was standing in front of them. Not very considerate or courteous on their part and ruined it for the people like us behind them. Be more considerate, especially when you have had too much alcohol. Just my thoughts. Everyone should go and see him in concert. Time is of the essence.
O U T S T A N D I N G !!! Probably the best of BS & E St. that I have attended.
I had an awesome evening in the energy of Bruce Springsteen. He made every effort to immerse with the audience . Set list showed the range of time and talent Bruce and the E Street Band members have. Loved 💕 every moment.
It was a great concert. Bruce and the band had lots of energy. The band and the audience totally interacted with each other.
My husband and I bought the tickets for my 60th birthday. This is one birthday that I will not forget. Bruce Springsteen played for three hours straight with no opening act. The place was sold out and he acknowledged everyone there. He played all of his hits and some in which I wasn't familiar. He was clear, energetic and the band was just fantastic. We had the best time.
Energetic, beautifully performed show with a great band and Bruce's voice was spot on. He sang my favorite , which wasn't in other recent shows as a bonus. One of the best concert experiences I have had.
The concert was fantastic, Bruce really connects with his fans. He was very interactive with the audience. He is an incredible performer Getting to my seat was the biggest challenge. Not all the sheep stayed in their own lanes leading up to the funnel neck gates.
