  • Amazing Artist and Performance

    by D on 2024-12-05London Music Hall - LondonRating: 5 out of 5

Loved this concert. It was intimate and so worth the ticket price. Jim is an incredible song writer, musician and singer. Truly love Ann Lindsay as well. Her violin playing live is an amazing experience. You feel the emotion from both her playing, and Jim's lyrics and singing. Have seen many artists and concerts. This is top of my list for sure! Venue in London (London Music Hall) was really great as well. Comfortable, easy to access, and not a bad seat in the house. A great place to see a band like this and really showcases their natural talent.

  • Jim and Devin Cuddy.

What a great night out. The venue was fantastic because it catered to a more intimate setting. Opening act of Devin Cuddy was entertaining and talented. Jim Cuddy was phenomenal, personable, and just incredible to see in such a smaller sized hall. He shared some funny stories, and more serious stories as well, explaining some of his new songs. He didn't disappoint because he was on stage for two hours and still played some old Blue Rodeo songs. Would love to see him again in the future!

  • Great show!

by Jim Cuddy at London Music Hall on 2024-12-03London Music Hall - LondonRating: 5 out of 5

Jim Cuddy did not disappoint! Great show. Devin Cuddy opened the show and was very enjoyable. First time at the London Music Hall. We bought tickets late and ended up in the 4th last row on the balcony. It was good sound, we could see well and the big screen was an ice bonus!

Really enjoyed seeing Devon Cuddy and friends open the show! Jim and friends were in fine form and it was easy to see they enjoyed the show too. Nothing like playing Massey Hall to your hometown crowd.

  • Jim Cuddy's Massey Hall Concert

by James Millward on 2024-11-30Massey Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

On November 27th ,2024 Jim Cuddy backed by an outstanding 5 piece band delivered a tremendous concert at Massey Hall. The main emphasis of the show was to showcase his new album, All The World Fades Away. His new material is beautifully written, full of intelligent, thoughtful lyrics and is very melodic in nature. Highlights for me were the title track "All The World Fades Away", "Learn to Live Alone", Anywhere Else But Home"and perhaps the best of his new material .. "Impossibe". Jim introduced these songs with the stories of how they came to be, and this sincere dialogue significantly added to the performance. A number of Blue Rodeo songs were also played but it was "Five Days in May"that was the standout. Accompanied by Anne Lindsay on violin, the band gave an electrifying version of this song with extended violin and guitar solos. At one point I thought Anne's violin bow was about to catch fire. In all a great performance by a brilliant songwriter and performer. I highly recommend getting this latest CD and enjoying the music of a great Canadian musician.
