  • Big 10 Weekend...a great weekend of football

by GuidoSoprano on 2014-12-09Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

My son and I travelled to Indy to cheer our Buckeyes on...first time in Indy and it was a blast. Our hotel was good and a quick trip from it to the Fanfest and the Stadium was a very pleasant surprise. Found awesome covered parking for $10 ...wow...The outdoor events at the Fanfest were awesome...what a great crowd. The Stadium was magnificent from outside and even more so when we got inside. The game was great especially since our team won and handily. The crowd was fabulous and half time...THE Ohio State Marching Band...they are the best. Considering going again next year even if Buckeyes not in but hope they are. The trip to and from the stadium was quicker and better than expected. They have done it right in Indy....other venues could learn from them. And then we were off to Cincinnati the next day to see the Bengals and the Steelers...another insane crowd of fans....what a weekend....planning a similar event for next year....
