About
Black Eyed Peas are a multi-plantinum-selling hip-hop trio from Los Angeles, California composed of will.i.am, apl.de.ap and Taboo. Early albums in the group’s discography include Behind the Front (1998) and Bridging the Gap (2000), but their breakout came in the early 2000s when Fergie joined the trio ahead of their third studio album Elephunk (2003), which included their first hit singles “Where Is The Love?” and “Let’s Get It Started.” The Black Eyed Peas went on to help define the sound of hip-hop and dance-pop throughout the rest of the decade thanks to their follow-up LPs Monkey Business (2005), The E.N.D. (2009) and The Beginning (2010). In 2011, the Black Eyed Peas headlined the Super Bowl XLV halftime show before going on hiatus, with Fergie officially leaving the group in 2018. Since then, J. Rey Soul has joined the act as a touring vocalist, and recent albums as a trio include Masters of the Sun Vol. 1 (2018), Translation (2020) and Elevation (2022). In 2025, the Black Eyed Peas will kick off their Las Vegas residency, Black Eyed Peas: 3008.

BEP all that and a bag of chips!
by laughingday on 2010-04-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5It really was an awesome show. The production value was incredible and they are really a lot of fun live... The opening band LMFAO was also hilarious... all in all a great night.
Black Eyed Peas were outstanding!
by Creedle on 2010-04-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5Black Eyed Peas was a concert well worth its ticket price. From the lighting, costumes, choreography and stage effects to the artists themselves, this show had me entertained from start to finish. This fab four did not disappoint and delivered a solid performance. Unlike so many artists out there, the Black Eyed Peas did not just stand and sing, but gave a high energy performance, and seemed to be having a great time too! I would definitely go and see them again and would not hesitate to recommend this event. There was something for everyone!
Black Eyed Peas were amazing
by geminichwk on 2010-04-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5The concert was great from start to finish. Special guest LMFAO and Ludacris kicked the party off and the Black Eyed Peas ended the show with an unforgettable talented performance. I'll never forget it :)

by Anonymous on 2010-04-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5I thought that getting the crowd involved was awesome. They "hung out" and acted like true entertainers. Getting the crowd involved in the show leaves a lasting memory of an unforgettable performance. Great Show!

B.E.P. = Fun, Fun, Fun
by Anonymous on 2010-04-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5The Peas was a fun energetic concert. I love their techno affect which went well with their new E.N.D. CD concept/theme. They were loud but I didn't feel like I lost my hearing when I left the concert. While the Peas have always been known as a hot urban (slightly underground) hip/hop rap act, it's nice to also see that they've reached commercial success. i don't think that they "sold out" per se but I think that finally main stream has accepted urban music more inclusively.

black eyed peas rock
by canucks123 on 2010-04-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5I have been a fan for over 10 years so I remember when Fergie would sing in a pink track suit and white runners, obviously times have changed and the show has grown, I worry that the voices are drowned out now, and there is to much individual stuff going on, they are and always have been stronger as a 4 some.

by SmacAttack on 2010-04-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5BEP put on a great show. They have such a good vibe and work really hard. The musicians are great - hard workers also. I loved the way they pal around on the stage and interact with each other, they display such harmony.
BEP might as well be will.i.am
by boomboomchow on 2010-04-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5The concert was amazing. I loved the futuristic theme, wire work, and the disco ball. The opening acts were by Ludacris and LMFAO and they were both quite good. I wasn't really very familiar with either of their music but it was a pretty good opening act for the BEP in general. I thought LMFAO's "I am not a whore" song was so catchy that even after a break and Luda came on, I was still humming it in my head. Some of Luda's music was definitely familiar to me but most of it just wasn't really my cup of tea but it was overall entertaning. After another break, the BEP came on with their opening number "Let's get it Started" and that pretty much set the entire stadium to roars and screams. I loved the energy that they brought to the crowd and I could see the people on the floor just having a great time. In fact not just them but everyone else around me (in the balcony seating level) were jumping up and down and raising the roof. It was just a big party club scene and I love it. I also liked how the peas each had their own little segment and showcased their talents by just performing one at a time. First was Apl.de.ap who sang some filipino songs then come taboo with his pretty cool motorcycle that made him seem like he was flying on air. It was quite a spectacle actually. Then there was Fergie with the songs we all know and love and then the most amazing one of all and what I thought pretty much added that 4th star to my rating was Will.i.am's performance. Not only did he come out and just started rapping the BBM's that people sent which were projected on screen, he did it faster and faster until it wasn't even physically possible to comprehend anymore. It was just genius. Then he went to the center of the stadium and pretty much DJed it out. There was a turntable and everything and he had a mask on that had what seemed like lasers shooting out from the eyes. It was pretty freaky but I guess futuristic enough. "This is all a dream" and he turned to different sorts of music from pop (MJ), rock, to Journey and then back to hip hop. It was as though you were at an actual club with tens and thousands of people jumping up and down and the DJ was will.i.am. I thought everyone did a pretty good job but the show would've been so much different without will.i.am. Also, turns out that this was their last show for the first North American tour.
The Black Eyed Peas were ridiculously entertaining
by eug127 on 2010-04-12General Motors Place - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5I think WILL I AM stole the show with some freestyle rapping and an amazing robotic DJ set on an elevated platform. WOW!
