I've loved BVB for over a decade and this was the first time I could see them live. I thought it would be life changing but it wasn't. The venue was disappointing. It was dirty from other patrons disrespecting the space.
All three acts brought incredible energy and really hyped up the crowd. Dark Divine was an amazing opener and deserved a longer set, they really set up the energy for the night. VV was good! First time hearing them live and became a fan. BVB was top tier and we could’ve have asked for a better set.
Dark Devine opened and they were great! Downloaded their stuff right after the show. VV was good. Very unique, I wasn’t familiar with him before. BVB was fantastic!! Mad respect to Andy for stopping the show when a fan was injured. Loved every minute of the whole show!!
Fun to watch. The crowd was kind of low-energy; can’t blame that on the band. Very very fun. Played some of my favourite songs. Someone got knocked out cold and had a seizure during one of their songs and Andy stopped the performance mid-song to clear the crowd and let medical help them. So like overall band was great. One star removed for the beards on andy and lonnie.
On October 9th 2023 I saw Black Veil Brides for the first time and it was amazing! They put on an incredible performance full of songs I love. I met the band too and the five of them were super sweet guys. Dark Divine did not open due to van issues but Ville Valo, the other headliner, had a really great performance as well! All around a great night!
Awesome show. Dark Divine ... never heard of them put on a fn great show! Villi Vallo ... never heard of them or HIM. Black Veil Brides ... fun fun fun Good ol Rock nRoll ❤️
BVB was AMAZING! The opening band Dark Divine absolutely nailed it as well. If/when they come back to Calgary I will 100% go see them again.
Quite possibly one of the best experiences of my life! All the bands had incredible stage presence, the songs were amazing, and they seemed genuinely happy when the crowd knew the words to the songs. When a crowd member passed out, Andy stopped the show until the person was taken out for medical attention. I would absolutely attend another show if I had the chance!
BVB was soooooo good in person hands down going again!
The entry line was quick and efficient The venue was large and clean The screens were nice to be able to see if you couldn't see around others however they should be closer to the stage
Thank you for coming to Calgary ! I was so mezmerized the whole time. I listened to alot of Andy's solo music and I am still a new fan. I was very impressed by the whole band of Black Veil Brides. My boyfriend was so into Dark Divine and I thought they were amazing too, thank you for introducing us to them we would definitely see them again, and so thankful they came to say hi to everyone after! What a fun show you guys put on. Also liking VV he is of course a legend ! I like him and his style of music it is very immersive.
The shows energy was amazing ! Dark Devine was incredible, VV was amazing and Black Veil Brides was beyond words! The atmosphere was perfect! Would come back and see them again if they made their way back to Calgary !!
The bands were awesome! All of them. The venue was also very good though it got a bit too hot at the end. All in all, we had a blast. This is also my girlfriend’s 5th attempt to try to see BVB and it finally happened!
Absolutely amazing have the best night!! It was fantastic I can't wait for bvb to come to Winnipeg again!
Dark Divine, Ville Valo, and Black Veil Brides. All 3 bands brought the energy and played an amazing show. These are musicians that genuinely enjoy what they do and that shines through in their performance. If you want a rock show, Black Veil Brides brings it everytime!
This was my first time seeing them and I loved it. I'm a new fan an will definitely go again if they come back.
When I saw them they were touring with great divine, and VV, and Both the great divine, and black veil brides were phenomenal but VV was less than special, and was just flat out bad at some points in the show. I possibly think he was sick but I wasn’t sure all I know was the opener and closers were phenomenal that middle group was almost a show killer but it wasn’t because black veil brides was a dream come true for me, and I just loooved that they really looked like they truly enjoy doing this, and Andy stopped the show a few times cause of injuries in the pit which was really nice to see. For my boyfriend who isn’t a black veil brides fan said he enjoyed great divine, and bvb but VV actually did kill the show for him. Cause bvb were great and he loved watching them perform but he had such a sour taste in his mouth from VV it just ruined the show for him:(
This was my daughter's second concert this year (Rockzilla was her first). She has been a long-time fan of BVB and they did not disappoint! She has also taken a huge liking to Dark Divine and now has another fave band to listen to! The crowd was great, the bands were high energy, was an overall fantastic night for my daughter, her friend, and me! Loved it! Hoping to see them again sometime.
Really went to see Ville Valo bit really the whole experience was the literal meaning of AMAZING! lines went fast to get in, bathrooms were clean and the show was super awesome! Little too loud but it's okay! Totally worth every penny!
BVB was amazing! Put on a great show, with great music! Would definitely love to see them again, maybe on a bigger stage! Dark Divine was also great. VV was okay, the band didn't seem to have as much theatrical energy on stage, which made for a boring show.
