Amazing exhibition, very educational, would recommend everyone go
The idea was fabulous and should have been manditory for school kids. I saw many children with parents there, good for them , open minded they were. Just too many people at the same time, if the display cases were moved from the wall and display cards were from both sides people could move much more quickly through. the idea of having med students there was a brain storm, made it a lot eazier to understand. One of the best exhibitions to come to Winnipeg. The most educational exhibit I have ever seen. Lets learn from it so we can benifit for the next one even more. The exhibit was the greatest and well worth the money, just a little poor on execution, BUT we've never done it before, so here's to learning some new points. Thanks for the show.
The exhibit was very educational. The human body is amazing. The babies both amazed me and made me sad because it made me think about a. that those babies never had a chance at life and b. how exactly did they get them? I find it hard to believe that there were that many women, exactly 2 weeks apart from each other, unclaimed.
Very interesting, learned alot about my own body. I feel this should have been mandatory to all children in school. It sure made me want to learn more so imagine what it could have done to a young mind.
The wait outside in the cold for 30 min. or more was not acceptable for having a ticket with a specified time on it. Then we waited inside for another 30 min. or so. Once inside it was very educating and well worth it! Wouldn't recommend anyone waiting until the last minute to see any exhibition in the future. This might shorten the wait times. It was slow going for me to adjust to seeing the body displayed this way. Then I gave in to the effort made to show every part of the human body. It was outstanding and very well displayed! Thank you.
Was thinking about going to see this Exhibit from day one , however kept putting it off. Decided to take the leap and went to see it one day before it ended. I was very happy that I did not miss this one . I was surprised at the size of the show .Bodies everywhere Ha !! But really there is a lot here for the young and old . While touring I could hear people from the medical field talking to each other , family and children describing in detail of what was on display. Yes there is lots to see and learn from this one . I would definitely recommend this to anyone considering see it. This is one show that will keep them interested from start to finish.
I found this exhibit absolutely awesome. To see the human body in such detail is incredible. After seeing the exhibit I give big time Cudo's to all the physicians and surgeons out there who perform operations on a daily basis, the work you do is totally under rated.
All the displays were very will presented with detail that blows your mind away.
I thoroughly enjoyed the exhibit! My stomach got a little queasy after a while but I endured. I wanted to see the spinal cord as I have a medical problem. I saw the location of my problem and am now able to understand better. To see the body and its relationship to all the organs puts it in prospective. I watch "Dr. Oz" ; he has organs on his show and explains their functions but to see it in reality is amazing. A chance of a lifetime!!
The exhibit was good. I thought it would be a bit bigger or have more write-ups on the bodies, etc. Well put together but a bit shorter than I would have liked.
