  • A fun night out during report season

    Parking was great and cheap! I would have liked to have been able to bring my beer into the show instead of having to finish in the lobby. The comics were good and mostly relatable. There was some disconnect with not being Canadian teachers, but it was mostly relatable content. I personally enjoyed the more edgy jokes, but I can understand how they don’t want to offend their current leaders in the US and limited that content.

    The group of staff and friends of OVCA laughed almost non-stop! A good team bonding time. Full of humor that only teachers can understand. Some of the material we had heard on-line which was disappointing that more was not new. Loved that the team came out after the show for a meet and greet and pictures! Overall would highly recommend going!

    My brother and I attended the event together as we are both teacher. We had such a great time and laughed till our cheeks hurt. The comedians all brought something different to the stage but all talented in their own right. I would go again when and if they return to Canada!!
