This was fun but a bit crowded. I actually wish they had a time slot for adults only
Flo and the Wizard put on a fantastic convention. All the people building did a fantastic job. And let’s not forget all the Lego Master interacting with everyone. Great job. See you next year.
The exhibition was very well organized. While waiting in the queue, we were advised by the staff about how everything would go, all details. My kids liked the lady in Lego costume, she was very nice. It was our first experience at BrickCan, we loved it.
The exhibits were great to see. Extremely creative and fun. The crowds were quite overwhelming though which made it tricky to manage with small children. In the future hopefully they will have a bigger space, spread the exhibits out more and have a defined pathway to walk.
Well organized, maybe a larger venue for more dealers and space
I thought with the different time slots, they would have controlled numbers instead of cramming everyone in one room. Could barely move, people were pushing each other, parents were pushing their kids in front of other people, other people would hold the railing and would just push you out of the way, if you didn’t move they wouldn’t let you move until you would go around them. Upstairs wasn’t as bad, but 90% of the builds were downstairs. Horrible experience definitely won’t be going back next year and definitely wouldn’t recommend it either. Very disappointing.
There was way to much people for the 2 hour period given to see the exposition. Vendors should be outside the exhibits so we can purchase after visiting and not loosing time during the period given to see the exhibit. It was our first time and we will probably not go again.
Not great for young kids. Teenagers and up. Facility was crowded!
Lego was amazing, but there were way too many people in at once. Needs a much bigger space with directional signs to manage traffic flow.
Brick Can was excellent. It was great to see what people can create with Lego. We will definitely go again.
We really enjoyed the exhibit being Lego fans. It was amazing to see what people have been building. Our only complaint or suggestion is, please have people walk in one direction, clearly marked, so they don’t keep bumping into each other and it will make it a better viewing experience. Will be back for sure.
Took my 11 year old son and 9 1/2 year old daughter and 3 of their friends and all 5 of them were in awe! It was a hit! Great bang for your buck! Yay Lego
Overall worth going to see. Very creative. Only one suggestion. Have one slot for adults only. Most are families which is great but those going without kids would have time to appreciate and see more. Lots of amazing displays. Would definitely recommend others to see.
Incredible Lego displays. My kids loved it! Such imagination and creativity.
The displays were mind blowing!! This was our first time attending this event and it will be the first of many!! We loved it. The lighting could have been better on the upper level and it would have been nice to have maybe a half hour more but now we know to "really book through it" next year. Fun for all ages!!
We went to the first block of time and we’re glad for it. Easy to get parking and lineup not as long. Even then it was busy in there and in the creative station area. Some neat creations, 6 year old loved it. Too much selling of rare lego though, which was sort of interesting to look at but we weren’t interested in that sort of thing. Not sure we’d go ever year but maybe. 6 year old asking to go back again already. The little custom made lego kit they gave to kids 3-12 was neat. Was an eagle. We heard last year it was a bear and the year before an orca. Staff were super friendly and so were the vendors.
Mechanical Legos were the best I enjoyed speaking with the various creators about their projects
Great variety of displays big and small, covering everything from art concepts, replica builds, imaginary, sci-fi to mechanical contraptions....so much for us to look at that the 2 hr time frame ran out quickly. Good variety of vendors, but the 2 hr timeframe made it tough to cover all the vendors, if you were keen to find parts, etc. Overall we had a really great time and will come again, however some suggestions.... Some cons: lighting for some of the display areas and a number of the vendor booths was poor/non-existent. Made it hard to see all small items that vendors had for sale. Am sure some vendors will have complained about this too. Would be preferable for this event to be in a location where it could all be on one level, instead of two. Seating area was limited, so would be nice to have more chairs/benches for parents/kids to take a break at.
I went with my 2 sons (12 and 10). They both play with Lego Dimensions, the younger one is also a fanatic builder including Lego Mindstorms. We all had an unforgettable experience. Wished we could stay 30 min. longer, as I felt that 2 hrs was not enough. In the beginning it is very busy, lots of small children, which makes it a bit harder to work the tables with the exhibits. We barely saw what was exhibited on the upper floor.
