Hockey: The Box Office opens 2 hours prior to game time and stays open until beginning of 2nd period. Other Events: The Box Office opens 2 hours prior to event time. Closing time will depend on the event.

Cash, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and Sears.

Box Office Location: Located at Gate 1 Note: Pick-up tickets anytime the day of show - please arrive early. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.

Free Public parking is available on site. Accessible parking is also available.

Accessible Seating: The Arena is fully accessible. All accessible seating is available through your local Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone or Ticket Centre. Wheelchair patrons may also go directly to the Centre Box Office to purchase their tickets. Wheelchair seats are located beside Gallery Seating. Hearing Devices: None

No re-entry No outside food or drink is allowed. No smoking is allowed in the building.
