It was a fantastic show. I was proud to be a Canadian showing my little cousin from Scotland some of out talent. She thought everyone "there are all so lovely " she would have let them all thru lol fun times good memories thankyou
Initially told to line up at 1:00. Show to start at 2. Then received a second email saying to line up at 12:00, show to start at 1:00. We lined up at 11:45 with many others and 45 min later told that the show would not start until 2:00. We stood in line for over an hour and a half and did not get into the theatre until 1:45. Show did not start until after 2:00. I realize that the tickets were free but considering how disorganized they were it was good they were free. I would never go again!
I liked the acts, I liked being BTS in making a TV show, but we were told to be there for 12 noon, and we had to wait in line hours before we got to sit down. Unacceptable. Otherwise I had fun.
They kept pushing the starting time back while giving us changing reasons for it... Finally after an hour or so standing in line we decided to leave... so did not see the show ....very very disappointing!!!
Many reminder emails sent regarding earlier arrival time change but original time was used. Therefore, stood in line for over 2 hours instead of what was supposed to be 1 hour. More waiting when we got to Studio Door A. Judges need to be mindful of what they say when act is over. One particular judge was making fun of one of the acts. I was sitting close enough to hear. Kyle Miller was a hoot. He did a great job. Seats were comfy. Show ran quite smoothly. Would like tickets for semi finals or finals.
Such a cool experience! We waited for a couple hours and got great seats. So cool to see live
We got an email a couple of weeks before telling us the time was bumped up an hour. We were about 10th in line. After an hour and 45 minute wait (they started about an hour late!), we got excellent seats. Then there were empty seats in the VIP section and we got to move up even closer. Actually, I think all the seats in the new theatre are going to be awesome. They are angled up just enough to give everyone a clear view. The seats were a bit uncomfortable but that may be because they are so new and not broken in yet. The stage is huge. The taping was long. They tried to keep us entertained but we were fading after 2-3 hours. We weren't allowed to bring food or drinks in, but people were bringing in glasses of pop without a lid. Someone in my aisle spilled a drink (what a shame in the new theatre). Because we got there so early, we were absolutely starved by the end. It didn't end until 5:30 and we had not had anything to eat or drink since about 11 am. Perhaps they could have provided bottled water and a granola bar or something. I know tickets were free but I wouldn't go again. Too much waiting, they let us go to the bathroom but would have preferred that we didn't, no food, no drink. It was fun to see once, but once is enough. The judges and host were super friendly with people who were near to them. The crew was doing their best to make it enjoyable. Shout out to the main motivator guy in the polka dot shirt for really trying hard to make it a fun experience. It will be fun to watch it back when it airs.
Really enjoyed being at the live auditions, but, wished there would have been way MORE acts and way LESS time in between! It would have been great too if staff knew more - how to get wristbands, when the line would be going in, etc.
Organization was terrible, no assigned seating, staff was nice but not knowledged and security were completely disrespectful
It was a great time. Kids and adults enjoyed equally. It was very interesting to see the behind the scenes
We loved the stage and the judges and the show was fantastic! However, we should not be asked to be there at 12 noon and then they let us enter at 1:30pm. It was too much waiting. That is my only complaint to be more punctual since most of the audience is elderly. I’m looking forward to getting free tickets to the final shows so please post those dates.
First time to watch in person. Kudos to all the contestants who got to the next level, but my heart really goes to those who were buzzed. I was so sad every time someone has to be buzzed. They've tried! :(
I love it as it was my first time to watch something like that’s live
