  • CWG

Easy to access tickets when at events. Searching and buying was a breeze as well!

  • Charges

by Dufour on 2023-03-08Credit Union Place - SummersideRating: 4 out of 5

An event like CWGs has multiple events within the entire Games and all prepurchased tickets had to be done separately rather than at one time, meaning I had to pay service charges with each purchase. Give a guy a break!! Cash grab. Same event, same purchase!!

  • PEI Winter Games

The games were really well organized. We especially enjoyed the women’s hockey and the closing ceremonies.

So thankful and appreciative of all the organizational and volunteer effort that went into the Games. Thank you PEI for hosting such a great event.

  • Gold Medal Hockey

by Trevor on 2023-03-01Eastlink Centre - CharlottetownRating: 5 out of 5

It was a great game between Saskatchewan and Ontario, went to double over time. Both goalies were fantastic and there was at least one player on Saskatchewan that was really impressive and who I can imagine will be in the NHL someday. I can't remember his name now but think it was #17. I'd have to look through my pictures to find out!

  • Amazing family experience

by Islandrinkmom on 2023-02-28MacLauchlan Arena - CharlottetownRating: 5 out of 5

Volunteers are incredible. Friendly and welcoming. Athletes are fantartic to eatch on and off the ice. Very well organized and clean facilities. My son was upset that his friends went to mexico. After our week 1 going to as many events as we could squeeze in and many many pins collected he declared it was the best week ever and that he was lucky to go. My friends wont be able to experience this as a kid on pei and it was amazing. Thank you to everyone who took their precious time to organize and volunteer. It was a wonderful experience

  • Gymnastics men finals and women non final

by Karen on 2023-02-27Various Venues - SummersideRating: 1 out of 5

The event facility had absolutely no sound absorbing walls etc. The event was so loud that it was extremely unpleasant to watch the athletes. There was loud background music playing all 8 hours throughout the men and women's performances. That added to the noise from the off islanders screaming all the time. You could not even hear the music for the women's floor routines. I asked to have the constant music turned off but that did not happen. I left with an enormous headache. I was very disappointed. I thought these events would be like I watched on TV. So I wasted my money. I would never attend another event.

  • Great Time!

by Pam on 2023-02-25Various Venues - SummersideRating: 4 out of 5

We were able to attends several different events, including the festivities in downtown Charlottetown. We had a great time everywhere we went. My only disappointment would be in navigating the website. It is not particularly user friendly, especially when it comes to determining daily events and times, as well as which events don’t require a pass. Otherwise, great time!!

  • Larger venues for ringette

by Ringette rules on 2023-02-25Various Venues - SummersideRating: 3 out of 5

In a previous review I gave 5 star rating for the excellent entertainment. The purpose of this rating is to point out that there should have been larger venues for semi final and medal round competition in ringette , if not all games.. I wonder why the men’s hockey got a 4200 hundred seat stadium for people to watch their games while hundreds of people were denied watching the ringette because of limited seating capacity. These games should have been held at the Eastlink Centre with over 4000 capacity. As I previously pointed out this is the best ringette that you will see, period . Whereas the there are hundreds of competitions that would be superior to the men’s hockey. I see this as a sexist attitude by whoever did the scheduling. This is the type of bias that ladies soccer has to deal with.
