What are the general rules of Clarke Stadium?
Conditions of Entry: • Must have a valid ticket for the event to be produced upon entry and upon request anytime thereafter. • All Ticketholders are subject to security screening that includes: bag check, and hand held metal detectors, or pat down search. Refusal to submit to the security screening will result in denial of entry to Clarke Stadium. • Ticketholders must abide by the prohibited and restricted items lists for the event. • Ticketholders enter the venue at their own risk. • Clarke Stadium management may refuse entry or remove a ticket holder for any reason at any time, if deemed necessary by Clarke Stadium and management in its sole discretion. • Ticketholders may be refused entry or removed without compensation for possessing alcohol not purchased from stadium vendors, being intoxicated, using objectionable language or conduct deemed objectionable by Clarke Stadium management, failing to observe any stadium municipal, provincial and federal laws, rules, regulations and bylaws. • Anti-social, violent, abusive, offensive, inappropriate or illegal behavior will result in immediate eviction from the venue without a refund. Additional action may include Police involvement and/or a venue ban. • Clarke Stadium is a smoke free venue. • No private business can be conducted within Clarke Stadium and its surrounding grounds without prior written consent of Clarke Stadium management. • The movement of patrons on, in or around Clarke Stadium is subject to monitoring by security cameras. Patrons may be filmed or photographed. In the event of an incident occurring, security footage may be viewed by Police. • All Signs posted at Clarke Stadium must be considered part of the rules and regulations of that venue and therefore must be abided by. • Re-entry may be issued during major events. Patrons are required to present their stamp and ticket to re-enter the venue. Prohibited items: • Weapons and Laser Pointers/Pens • Air horns, megaphones, whistles • Pipes, rods, dowels and hockey sticks • Large umbrellas with points • Outside alcohol • Glass bottles, pop or beer cans, 2L bottles • Peanuts in the shell • Narcotics and any other illegal substances • Cigarettes and e-cigarettes • Video cameras and recording devices • Professional grade cameras and tripods • Pets (excludes service animals) • Coolers • Management reserves the right to review and confiscate any items deemed to be unsafe or disturbance causing
