Classic Northwest Tickets

I was concerned about going to a concert in a ballfield, but I was pleasantly surprised. The sound quality was clean and crisp. The light show was fantastic. There were huge screens backing the performers with sharp clear images, so even though we were up in the nosebleeds we missed nothing. We brought binoculars but didn't use them. Both the Doobies and the Eagles were superb -- highly polished professional performers who interacted with the audience. Being is the same venue with 30,000 other fans was electrifying. I shall remember this concert for the rest of my life. Many thanks to all that made this event happen.

The Doobies quite simply were outstanding!! Excellent voices and harmonies, excellent playing!!! The Eagles were outstanding for the first 75% of the show. This was when they were playing "old" more country influenced music. The additions of Vince Gill, Deacon Frey and Steuart Smith on guitar is quite simply magic!!!! A sidenote here, I am one of the Eagles fans who has always thought the addition of Joe Walsh was a huge mistake. In support of my opinion, the last 25% of the show was pretty much a Joe Walsh/James Gang display. Playing this type of music with the Eagles, is in my opinion, a complete waste and a total embarrassment to the band. We left once Rocky Mountain Way started playing.
