About

"Referring to his most recent record, 'Little Songs,' Colter said, "These songs were written over the last three years. I penned most of them from home and I think the songs reflect that. "With the album Little Songs, Colter's music continues to carry on the traditional sounds of his prairie homelands, while connecting a contemporary world to the values, hardships, and celebrations of rural life. He sings, "You might not see a soul for days on them high and lonesome plains. You got to fill the big empty with little songs."

Colter Wall amazing!! Coors centre awful!!

by Ren on 2023-03-06Coors Event Centre - Saskatoon

Colter Wall did not disappoint! He has an amazing voice. The coors event centre is a terrible place. People were literally packed in like sardines, and there is almost no seating. The womens lower level washroom stalls are so tiny I almost got poked in the eye by the purse hook on the door. 😆 They also have a decent selection of alcohol beverages but no wine at all, and no non alcohol beer. I hope Colter Wall chooses a better venue the next time he's in Saskatoon!

    Venue

by Danielle on 2023-03-06Coors Event Centre - Saskatoon

Colter and his band were amazing. Great live show. Ticket prices were good. Getting into the concert took way too long. The gate security worked slow causing people to wait in long lines outside. The concert goers were loud making it hard to hear the concert. Saskatoon people - this is not a night club. Be quiet, respectful and enjoy the show.

Awesome performance. Colter Wall and his band are very talented musicians and are destined for greatness. The concert was excellent, but seating was not good. Looking forward to seeing him play at Sasktel Centre in the near future where there is better seating and views.

The sound in this venue was beyond horrible, stealing a great performance from a talented act.

An artist, storyteller and sight to see. Colter wall will go down in the ranks of Van Zandt and Blaze Foley.

    Colter Wall is Great

by HotKimchi on 2017-05-13The Good Will - Winnipeg

Great songs. Gret performance. I normally don't bother submitting these reviews but felt the need to in this case. It was great to see him in a small club. He should be selling out larger venues considering the talent that he is. I hope he comes back to Winnipeg soon.

A genuine bard with an unforgettable sound

by SaskatcheOne on 2017-05-11The Exchange - Regina

Colter Wall pleased the soldout crowd in Regina with excellent performances of his beyond-his-years songwriting awesomeness. Show started quite late, ended too early, and didn't get through all his material given that there isn't all that much of it yet.
