by Nans1 on 2010-01-22River Cree Resort & Casino - EdmontonGreat show. Watch him on TV but he is funnier in person as he relates to the audience. I find young comics crude with not much common sense humour. Although Greg uses a lot a swear words they don't come across as crude and attention getting but more as a natural form of speach. \ Great show, very enjoyable.
Rating: 4 out of 5 Most Excellelent Craig Ferguson
by RockabillyDiva on 2010-01-22River Cree Resort & Casino - EdmontonThe performance by Craig and his opening act was very enjoyable. My husband and I are fans of Craig's performances and were very excited to be able to see him live. It was like having the funniest guy you know come on over for a kitchen party in your house. Thank you The venue itself is very good. The acoustics were top notch - I could hear everything. The bar was below average - only swill for beer and low quality bar brand for liquor - and no scotch. We did not spend any money on liquor. Coming out of the venue and into the casino is revolting since you come out to the smoking section. Yuck. Ick. I will only attend performances at the Venue at River Cree for the acts - not for the venue. In fact, the choice of venue may very well deter me from attending a show.
Rating: 5 out of 5 Better than his late night show!!!!!
by cutie on 2010-01-22River Cree Resort & Casino - EdmontonMy boyfriend and I went to this show....we both loved it. We loved that he was like he is on his show -- but uncensored. I loved how he started with a song and ended with a song with his 'boy toy'. AND my favorite bit was when he compared walking to driving --- how you can definately not walk like we all drive:)

by Suzycoo on 2010-01-22River Cree Resort & Casino - EdmontonLast night's show was one of the best shows I've ever seen!! Craig is absolutely awesome and SO FUNNY!!! So far, the best stand up comedy show I've seen live!!! And the end, "Ooops I did it again" song, the highlight of the show! I would definitely recommend seeing Craig at his show, it's unforgettable!!

by EduFan on 2010-01-22River Cree Resort & Casino - EdmontonWe went with great expectations as we have always enjoyed watching his TV show, however, the live performance was a let down. In person we could not see his facial expressions as closely, and we realized that much of his humor is tied to seeing his face up close - as on his TV image. Also, I see little humor in his explanation for why he swears. So he swears, big deal. Some comics swear, some don't but that is an old shtick and he really could have come up with something more clever. Also, I wanted to hear his take on the current late night hassle between Leno/Team Coco. But he never mentioned it which makes me think he just rehashed old material. We did enjoyed the warm up comic more.
Rating: 5 out of 5 Hilarious!

by Angella on 2010-01-22River Cree Resort & Casino - EdmontonGreat performer .. I was worried that a lot of his performance would be a repeat of his show, but it wasn't .. it was fresh and he was hilarious .. I'm STILL laughing at some of the things he said. Ears!
Rating: 5 out of 5 Craig Ferguson was halirious!
by lbbb on 2010-01-22River Cree Resort & Casino - EdmontonCraig's opening line said it all! Our first time attending a venue at the River Cree - and yes it surprised us also to be in a tent! The evening went by much too fast. We would definitely return to both. A Craig Ferguson Evening anytime ~
Rating: 5 out of 5by Anonymous on 2010-01-22River Cree Resort & Casino - Edmonton Craig Ferguson is a people's entertainer. I went to the show expecting a funny show, and it exceeded my expectations. I have not seen his show a lot, but was laughing from the minute stepped on the stage to the end when he walked off. I would recommend his show to anyone and everyone. the warm-up act was funny also, and he did in fact warm up the audience. I have not been to the Venue at River Cree, and I was not uncomfortable, but I think for any show longer thatn 90 minutes, would eventually become so, due to the chairs and the cramped quarters. Paying $60 to see Craig was ok, but I would not want to go to the Venue again as the chairs are uncomfortable and it is crowded. If the chairs were even a couple of inches more apart, that would help.

Rating: 4 out of 5 Craig Ferguson was Hilarious
by Capital on 2010-01-22River Cree Resort & Casino - EdmontonI thought it was extremely funny. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is I wish the show was longer. One hour of Craig was not enough!
Rating: 5 out of 5 Even better in person
by SunnyEB on 2010-01-22River Cree Resort & Casino - EdmontonCraig put on an excellent evening, his geneuine love of making people laugh, and creating stories is genuine. The Venue ("the Venue") at the River Cree is not a great forum for our guests. The view can become difficult when 6 large people sit in front of you - all on floor seating. HOwever, the River Cree does handle the crowd and line-ups effectively. This was worth every dollar (not that it was too much); and would definitely come out to listen to him again.

by Shithead on 2010-01-21Jack Singer Concert Hall (ECPA) - CalgaryJebb Fink and Craig were great, however the unprepared warmup comedian was awful...his jokes weren't relevant for the crowd...he read off a piece of paper, not impressed....Craig made up for it and he looked very good in his jeans!
Rating: 4 out of 5 Not bad, Not Great
by bruno111 on 2010-01-21Jack Singer Concert Hall (ECPA) - CalgaryJeb Fink was great, the second guy was the worst comedian I have ever seen! Craig was entertaining, but he is more funny when he is forced to keep his language under control and work around the restrictions of TV,
