Tickets can be picked up at any time during box office hours. There will be a will call set up 2 hours before the show/event for tickets purchased beforehand.

Parking is free, we have 2 main parking lots and 2 over flow parking lots.

* There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased. * Some events/concerts have restrictions on the use of Cameras and Video Recording Equipment. * The holder of the ticket may be searched at the entrance of certain events/concerts. * We do not hold tickets without payments. * If you purchase tickets within 10 days of an event/concert, you will be required to pick up your tickets at the box office. * We are open all show days for ticket sales. * Doors Open 1 hour prior to the event/concert for most performances. * Outside beverages or food are not permitted. * There is an ATM machine located in the lobby and in the arena on the southwest side of the walking track. * If you purchase tickets within 10 days of an event/concert, you will be required to pick up your tickets at the box office.

Everyone is required to have a ticket, unless babes in lap policy has been issued by the event holder.
