David Wilcox is timeless. His music sounds as great as it did twenty years ago. His skill pours out of him like molten lava. It is evident he loves what he does!

31 years since I saw David play and he is definitely getting better, if possible. HIs voice is phenomenal and unlike other aging rockers, seems to get better with age. Only disappointment was that he only played for 2 hours.

recently went to the Wilcox concert at the century casino, excellent show, intimate setting I believe made him sound exactly like his recorded music. His guitar playing was amazing and he really knows how to play the blues! If he comes back I will definitely go back.

THE SHOW WAS AMAZING. DAVID LOOKS AND SOUNDS GREAT, I HAVE WANTED TO SEE HIM PLAY LIVE FOR YEARS. WE WILL DEFENITLY SEE HIM WHEN HE COMES BACK AGAIN. MY 21 YEAR OLD SON WAS TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY. If you have never seen David Wilcox before, you are missing out on something great. This was the first time I had a chance to see him and it was unbelievable. His guitar playing is just awesome and the whole night was just Rockin and Boogy in. I will never miss him again.

Very disappointing. Supposed to be BBQ Bash, and instead it was reheated bargain-basement grey burger patties, cold buns, luke warm polish sausage, and tiny shelf bottles of ketchup, mustard, and relish. That's it. There wasn't even a fire pit, just square serving trays of the reheated meat that they brought in. No toppings either. Pretty disgusting from any standard. What BBQ? Event ended up being indoors, disappointing, which meant that it was not a social event... just a bunch of people crowded in a room. Took the AV crew 2-hours to figure out how to stream the event to the outside patio wall, and then kept playing Q107 radio, instead of streaming the music from inside. Would -NOT- recommend. Very disappointing.

An excellent night of entertainment with great sound and nice to see the venue packed.Many thanks to the mighty Q107 for puttin' on a top class show.Look forward to next year.

If you want "In your face" guitar Boogie/Blues etc. Then don't miss this guy! I love you David! You've inspired me to play my guitar in better ways!

David Wilcox is an amazing guitar player. Very entertaining. Not a fan of the venue (especially the seemingly disorganized staff), but there aren't a lot of options in Calgary.

I have seen David Wilcox twice now and I will go to see David Wilcox each and every time he comes. He never disappoints.

David Wilcox was amazing. He knows how to work a crowd and is such an amazing talent...so animated and those magic fingers on those guitar strings....WOW!!! You can't take your eyes off of him!!! He sounds as good live as he does on a CD and that's saying something!!

I used to see him alot back in the eighties when he used to tour the Niagara area, Thought he was good back then but you had to get to the bar early for good seats and three hours later when he came on stage the whole bar including Dave was well on there way too drunkville. Now older and more into the music then just partying he came out and connected right away with the crowd and his guitar playing was fantastic, I was reminded of how good he really was.He seemed to enjoy playing and it showed with ninety minutes of pure pleasure.

What a great venue to watch an incredible talent like David Wilcox. I had never seen him play before and my expectations were exceeded tenfold.
