Welcome to Canada’s southernmost city: Windsor, Ontario. With nicknames as distant as the Automotive Capital of Canada and Rose City, there isn’t just one way to bridge all of the diverse things to do in Windsor. Complete any experience by heading downtown to Ouellette Avenue, grabbing tickets to a Spitfires hockey game at WFCU Centre and catching a performance at the historic Capitol Theatre Windsor or The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor. Sitting at the busy Canadian-American border on the Detroit River, Windsor shares several special events with its neighboring U.S. city of Detroit, including the Detroit-Windsor International Freedom Festival celebration in late June and early July.
