The mix of characters and the music was perfect. My family and I all loved this show!!
Brought my 4 year old son to see this as a surprise with his friend. All of us were bored and even before intermission, the kids were asking if it was almost over. I was thinking the same thing! While our seats were excellent, there wasn't much to watch. The "Let's Party" theme was pretty stretched at times and didn't really work with some of the numbers. The costumes were great and of course the skating itself was impressive. But as entertainment for the kids, we were all really, really disappointed.
The music was far too loud. It was at the level that damages hearing.
i think there should more interaction with the kids. make them feel part of the show. they kids did have a good time but we expected a little more.
The show itself was very good. I found the skaters weren't as good as in previous years but in the eyes of a 3 year old they were great. The skaters in character could have interacted with the audience more as I have seen in past years. That was one of the reasons I bought ring side seats, so was disappointed that didn't happen. My granddaughter loves Tinkerbell and Belle from Beauty and the Beast and I was hoping she could have met them at rink side at end of show. I realize the skaters are just kids, but they need more acting lessons in order to make their characters come alive in the eyes of all their adoring fans. To my granddaughter they are real!!!
Is our first time , we missed the previous show deal to Freezing rain. It s a great show the timing between each scene is good and the audio control is nice too, for me boys hate loud background music. Very enjoyable and entertaining show , my sons want to come again for another theme of Disney on Ice.
We sat in the VIP front row, side, middle. There was a huge 4' light blocking our view! The popcorn and cotton candy was $12 each. Dinner options were not the least bit healthy. Toys and souvenirs were ok but I was willing to buy more if they were interesting and age appropriate. The show was a little on the girlie side. Lots of princess scenes. The villain scene in the Halloween was too scary. All in all my 2 year old sat through the entire thing and was happy.
my children are the ages of 6-3 and both of them were in awwww that is the first time my children sat through anything without saying a word. They loved the show it will be a day they will never forget.
All in all the production as good. It was a little confusing that the end included a Christmas like theme that made reference to Seasons greetings and the most wonderful time of the year complete with Santa and his sleigh. Considereing we saw the performance in March it seemed the show was re-purposed from an earlier event.
The show was great. The best part for was when princess Tiana offered a red rose to my daughter Tiana. That made her day.
I got it as gift for my niece and nephew. My niece was not well and I was trying to book next day but couldn't do it. Either loose the money or take the sick kid. I heard show was good anyway.
Great seats. The kids just loved it. The only complaint was $8 a bag for popcorn. Really insane. I would have brought my own popcorn for 50 cents a bag and saved $7.50.
This is our second Disney on Ice experience and it was great again! Our six-year old was thrilled and we were amazed at the skating!
8 year old underpriveleged child says "best day of his life" priceless
Great show, all the skaters were fantastic. KEPT THE SHOW MOVING WITH ALL THE DISNEY CHARACTERS FOR YOUNG AND OLD TO SEE
My son had an awesome time, he will remember this show for the rest of his life.
My grandson and I had an amazing afternoon at Disney on Ice!
In the typical Disney way, this show was pure entertainment. Not too long, not too short. My toddler was captivated from start to finish. An area of improvement: Vendors were walking up and down aisles offering toys, drinks and popcorn, but since my show started at noon it would've been nice to have them take orders for hot food (similar to what is done at sports events). It would've made things much less stressful for parents - once your seated and settled its not easy to get back up and pick up food (especially if you're the only adult with your kids)
Show was fantastic !! Kids ages 5 and 7 really loved the show. Special thx to Rodgers Center for accommodating us because we had to cancel on wed nite show due to a blizzard in our area. We saw show on fri with no problems. Thx from me n my family. We now have great memories :)
This event was amazing! It flowed together and was flawless. I took a 16 and a 20 year old for their birthdays and they had an amazing time and are now looking for tickets to see the other Disney on ice show. Phenomenal!
