    Floating on air

by Spirit on 2024-03-13Canadian Tire Centre - Ottawa

There were aspects of the performance that were outstanding and times when the audience just didn't seem to engage. The piece with Repunzel and Flynn was spectacular. It was extremely well executed. The entrance of Cinderella was too short. The children wanted to see more . The Dance with her and the Prince was great partnering. Moana was a hit from start to finish and the costumes in Coco and performance was stellar. Although the children like Belle they really missed not seeing Encanto and Ariel

    Great show !

by Amanda on 2024-03-13Canadian Tire Centre - Ottawa

We love this show . We have two teenage girls who who brought 6 years ago, and two younger girls we brought to this one this year . The only negative I have is that I wish even one or two different acts could be added ! This was the exact show we came to 6 years ago, which is still great , but ones like coco seem outdated

    Amazing experience

by Tammy on 2024-03-13Canadian Tire Centre - Ottawa

The show was absolutely amazing. My kids (7&4) loved it start to finish. All the favorite songs were sung, beautiful skating and acrobatics (flying with silk). The Ottawa stadium was easy to get in and out. Good venue. We were on the lower level and saw everything. Not sure if I'd want to sit in the upper, second tier as I'm not sure how good the visual would be but for us, everything was amazing. Well worth every penny.

    Got robbed!!!

by Max on 2024-03-13Canadian Tire Centre - Ottawa

I dont understand why you can charge 28$ for a popcorn or 50$ for a lighting sword. These are little kids and all we want is do activities with them but items are actually more expensive than directly at Disney in Orlando. Its terrible how an organisation can charge such prices for these items.

Ice level seating not the best

by Rock on on 2024-03-13Canadian Tire Centre - Ottawa

We bought tickets for our two granddaughters second row on ice level- well three great big guys sat in front of us so the girls could not see. I had one kneel on my lap the whole time and the other one stood up. They loved the show but missed some of the parts because they couldn’t see over the guys in front. I pretty well missed the whole show because my granddaughter was on my lap. Maybe next time have the second row up on a platform so it is easier for the kids to see!

my 2 year old grandson loved it!

by annette on 2024-03-13Canadian Tire Centre - Ottawa

my 2 year old grandson loved the show! he was mesmerized by it all. however, as an adult sitting and watching, and listening, the stories they told were too convoluted and didn't make sense. especially because the sound system was sub par. keeping it simple would have benefited the show. the emcees talked way too much.....we didn't hear half of what they were saying, so it was of no benefit. the skating was enjoyable. good have had a few more exciting moves, but i understand it wasn't a stars on ice type of show. also , lastly, where was a scene from encanto? i was looking forward to that. but besides all these comments, we had a lovely time, and we would do it again!

    Could be better

by Nourhan on 2024-03-13Canadian Tire Centre - Ottawa

This is our 3rd disney on ice in 3 consecutive years. There is more room for improvement and creativity. The host and hostess could barely be heard although we were seated on ice. Some shows like frozen and Moana have been the same for 3 years. A little change would have been great. Overall enjoyable experience but there is always room for improvement

    Great show

by Amelia on 2024-03-12Canadian Tire Centre - Ottawa

Great show. My kids were captivated and excited every time they saw a familiar character and sang along to all the songs. The down side of this experience was the price of food, drink's and souvenirs. You’re spending as much or even more as the cost of the tickets. It made the experience feel as though you are being taken advantage of especially since this is an event for your children and you want them to have a magical time.

Excellent Show - Pricey Souvenirs and Consumables

by Grandpa Pete on 2024-03-12Canadian Tire Centre - Ottawa

We had front row, mid ice seats purchased 5 months ago. Excellent skaters, especially Elsa and the aerial act. Excellent show for all ages, great choreography, and the pre-show was fun for the kids. However, the two hosts could use a better script and as per the times, the souvenirs and consumables were far too pricey.

    Great show, embarrassing concessions.

by Shannon on 2024-03-12Canadian Tire Centre - Ottawa

The show was great, not cheap but ‘magical’ for the little one as expected with Disney. The concessions on the other hand were absolute garbage and disgusting gouging. Waited the entire intermission and 5 mins of the 2nd half in a line with under a dozen people in it just for a $20 bag of popcorn and the booth only sold pre bagged popcorn and snow cones so how did they take 3 min per person? The souvenirs after were Disney priced at $60 for a bubble wand or stuffed character but the quality was lower than dollar store level, maybe similar to a bottom tier traveling fair. Embarrassing to have the Disney name linked to the garbage they were gouging for, can’t even tell which character it’s supposed to on the ‘souvenirs’ we got for the little one.

    Great but very loud

by Clo on 2024-03-12Canadian Tire Centre - Ottawa

The show was fantastic and the kids really liked it but it was so loud my apple watch kept telling me we were at damageable levels for our ears so that was a bit worrisome.

    Concession setup needs work

by Mom of two on 2024-03-12Canadian Tire Centre - Ottawa

The show was good. And the kids loved it, especially the special effects. The set up for concessions and gifts was poor; unclear where lines started, people accusing others of budding (some actual budding). Lines and signs would help :)

    Enchanting

by Denmother on 2024-03-12Canadian Tire Centre - Ottawa

Highly recommend Disney on Ice, the children were mesmerized, entertained, shouting out each princesses name, it was perfect.

Good show but no cultural diversity

by Samantha on 2024-03-12Canadian Tire Centre - Ottawa

I am writing to express my disappointment in the show. The show was a good performance overall but it lacked cultural diversity. There was no people of color in the show, the Moana segment clearly did not depict that cultural diversity and I can't imagine that for all the cast, they could not have one black person. Elena the princess of Avalor was not depicted or rolled played. I think the scale was not balance. Rethink again Disney.......

Beautiful and fun but very LOUD

by HardWorkingDad on 2024-03-12Canadian Tire Centre - Ottawa

Took my 11 and almost 3 year old daughter to see the show. When my 3yr old daughter out her hands on her ears it confirmed what i was asking myself in my head.. Why is it so LOUD ?? I seen many kids with ear protection i guess they're parents were already aware. I had been to another disney on ice long time ago and expected high prices of popcorn, cotton candy and snow cones. Other than that, great show!
